유럽 여행하면서 제일 친절하고 인상적인 호텔이에요. 단연코 1위 호텔입니다. 하나하나 고객을 생각하는게 느껴지는 호텔이에요. 직원분들 하나같이 다 친절하시고 늘 웃음으로 대해주세요. 서비스는 늘 감동이었습니다. 다시 세비야 오면 무조건 베케르에 묵을 거에요!

호텔에서 신경써주는 모습이 너무 인상적이었고 언제나 상령하게 인사 해 주며 반갑게 대해 주는 것이 좋았어요 그리고 무선 이어폰 선물은 어ㅖ이징 했어요

Hotel excelente, limpo, equipe atenciosa, super cheiroso, bem localizado, fácil de estacionar.

Wat een mooi en goed gesitueerd hotel in het oude centrum van Sevilla. Alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand, de kamer die we hadden aan de straatkant had helemaal geen last van het geluid van de stad. Maar het belangrijkste in een hotel is het personeel. Vriendelijk en gastvrij. Na je eerste nacht ontvang je een berichtje van de guests experience medewerker Ana - of alles naar wens is - en wat ze voor je kunnen betekenen! Ze was ook iedere ochtend in de ontbijtzaal voor een praatje - Top! Aan de straatzijde aan de voorkant is een kleine bar waar je wat kan drinken. De gezellige van oorsprong Braziliaanse medewerker wil ik bedanken voor zijn gastvrijheid.

One surprising thing on the 6/25 our 60 aniversary date, Service of champane in our room. Thank you, beautiful people!

Amazing. My husband and I stayed with our teenage daughter in the same room on our way to drop her off in college camp. Very comfortable. They have a menu for choosing your pillow. We chose the smooshy one. It was very comfortable. The rain shower in the room was very refreshing. The hotel scent is very welcoming. We had a car and they offered to park it for us. When we checked out, we were not ready to leave because we wanted to explore Sevilla a bit more, so they offered to put all of our suitcases and belongings in our car so we can go out and enjoy. Would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Attention to detail was spot on. Everyone very helpful and friendly especially the man at the pool bar.

Really nice hotel. The rooftop pool and bar with a view of the city were great.

Et fantastisk ophold , meget flink personale lækker morgenbuffet , hotellet ligger rigtig godt god afstand til det hele , vi havde en god oplevelse angående parkering som hotellet håndteret vi var to par og vi var meget tilfredse med opholdet.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente para visitar Sevilla y el personal del hotel fue muy amable. Nuestro viaje coincidió con una ola de calor, así que fue genial poder refrescarse en la piscina. La zona de café/agua está abierta 24h y se convirtió en el punto de encuentro familiar. En resumen, una elección perfecta.

Loved the coffee area and pool area. Staff were lovely.

Lovely hotel, we had a newly renovated room which was nice and clean. Only slight improvement in the room would have been not having 2 single beds joined together, but didn’t bother us that much. Otherwise all facilities in the room were excellent. Staff were helpful. Hotel provides free coffee/water and snacks on the ground floor which is great and a lovely gesture. Would highly recommend this hotel.
