Food was okay not great from the local restaurants The bed was quite comfortable

Lobby is beautiful. Elevators out dated scary to take alone.. rooms nice and spacious. But….Walked in to a dusty room sandy floors and mattress was so old felt like you were sleeping on a floor full of springs. If you have a bad back or hips make sure to keep that in mind. Would not stay here again.

My family stayed for a few days and we're a bit disappointed. The stove top did not work or heat properly, could not make our breakfast. So we had to spend more money and eat out after we had already bought groceries for our stay. To make matters worse the tv internet connection was poor. We would not visit this place again.

Nice place, everyone was nice, service was quick. You did have to pay $15 a day for parking which I think is very unnecessary. But the hotel was located in a nice place. Room was clean. Nice view. Over priced for the stay but it was also 4th July week & busy.

Pull out couch wasn’t comfortable because it had no mattress, had to make a mattress out of the pillows that was on the couch,has False advertisement, sand all over the floor when we walked in, there were a dead spider behind the pull out couch,WiFi didn’t work,good view off the balcony, like the pool times,nice service.

Clean quiet room 2 minutes from fagers. The staff are honest and reliable. I left 1,000 worth of clothes in my room and it was mailed back right away. Perfect suite for a couples weekend getaway

It was over 80 degrees outside and there was no air conditioning. We were told to put a box fan in front of the sliders but there was also no screens for the slider. The room was very dated

I like the nice clean bathroom

This was the perfect valentine's day getaway!! Nice and quiet, just us two!! Never even turned the tv on!! Will definitely stay again!

Roaches

I have stayed here numerous times over the past 15 years. Location sells it, and I was down for the Country calling so price sold it as I caught it early. Property rooms specifically are just dated patched up poor to fair at best. Hard goods and all. It’s just time for a full renovation. Last time I will book.

View was excellent and service was good. The property is long over due for a refurbishment. The furniture is old and beat up. Fixtures are rusty. Refrigerator had broken / missing parts and the TV was cracked. Sofa bed was stained and smelled.

So sad to see this hotel completely dilapidated. Fager sold to Ramada, and they have completely let it go. Water pressure awful, rooms aren't cleaned daily, and we had ants in our 3rd floor room (weird). Sunset view is great, and a bridge to Fagers Island. That's really the only positive.

A bit dated but still in good shape and decent value, big room. Water came in under the counter during heavy rain. Nevertheless, I'd stay again.

The property was very nice, a bit older, but clean, and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hallway did smell of seafood, but possibly someone was cooking it.
