A great place in a great location

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet und eigentlich alles, was ein gutes Hotel ausmacht

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist besser als in vielen 5 Sterne Hotels, in die wir bereits waren. Eines der besten 4 Sterne Hotels, die wir kennen. Die Glastür im Bad ist Geschmackssache. Außer Sichtschutz bleibt da nicht viel. Und das einlagige Toilettenpapier hat auch nicht wirklich einen Spareffekt. Alles in allem hat es für uns 5 Sterne Charakter, da unserer Ansicht nach alle Voraussetzungen hier gegeben sind.

Stort rent och fint rum. Personalen var väldigt tillmötesgående och trevliga. På frukosten fanns det mesta man kan önska.

This hotel has what I can only describe as an :open plan" bathroom. There was NO wall or door to the bathroom and it was completely open to the sleeping area of the room. The toilet itself was in a small closet with a door but the shower, sink and eveything else was in full view of the room. It was the strangest bathroom I have ever seen. Luckily I was travelling alone so privacy was not a problem. Just beware that if you stay in this room you should feel comfortable being naked with whomever else is in the room!! I asked for a room AWAY from the elevator and the desk clerk assured me it was. When I got upstairs, it was right NEXT to the elevator and was the exact opposite of the room I requested. I wouldn't book here again.

Good

Check in staff were lovely and friendly, we were even given an upgrade. The room was really nice, bed was comfy. Our only issue was tiny flies that came up through the floor drain. We got around this by leaving the floor towel over the drain and left a note for the cleaner to leave the towel- but unfortunately that was ignored. We should have reported it to reception but we didn’t. Cleaner didn’t change the mugs either. Would stay again though

Priscila de frontdesk was very helpfull and diligent. Hotel very clean, modern and with many options to eat in te surrondings. I recomended .

Estuvimos solo una noche, pero todo bien, los cuartos muy ampios y bonitos.TOP!!!!

All good except for the lift, which was out of service on a couple of days, but was fixed very quickly on each occasion. The room was large with a decent balcony (superior double) and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
