nice downtown location in Old town. as it was a vacation club, it was a bit tricky finind reception area and water after hours.

Kathy needs to get a raise !!! Pay that woman !!!

Centrally located

Super clean! Very elegant! Loved the location!

Door lock mechanism very finicky. Had to try door key 3-5 times before it would unlock. Made a weird sound in middle of night almost sounded like someone was attempting to get in.

It was a little bit difficult to find. Once there were ok. Bed was very comfortable. Room very small.

Tucked away in a corner but on the water. Very quiet and beautiful place to stay

Hotel is worn out, AC is one of super noisy one. USA has a lot to learn from Japanese silent air conditioning design. Cleaning is okay, location is good. No free car park but they have agreement with the garage next to, like half price.

This was an amazing property. Wish we had stayed for more than a night and we're already planning a trip to Key West again just to stay here another time. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Parking deck is directly across the street. Beautiful pool. Near the water (cruise port), a 5 minute walk to Duval Street, and the Truman Little White House was basically next door. Genuinely cannot say enough good things about this hotel.

I had a great experience with my family!

Wouldn’t make an exception for us when my 7 month old was hospitalized on Christmas Day with RSV…happy holidays Hyatt.

We have been to Hyatt Sunset many times as we own Hyatt Timeshare. Staff is especially friendly and gracious!

Location, cleanliness, very pretty

This property is a time-share, not an actual hotel, which was not clearly communicated. While Expedia indicated that parking was available, we assumed the property had its own parking. Instead, parking was at a nearby garage for approximately $30 per day, which was an unpleasant surprise. Our room was connected to another via a locked door, and the guests on the other side repeatedly attempted to open it. This was unsettling and made us feel unsafe. The property advertises “water” during specific times, which turned out to be flavoured water. While this might appeal to some, it seemed unnecessary and irrelevant. We also had an odd encounter with a maid who spoke no English and tried to enter our room. We couldn’t figure out why, which added to the discomfort. Our ground-floor room had neither cell reception nor a functioning Wi-Fi signal. When we raised this issue, staff gave us a password for an internal/staff network, but it didn’t work either. The front desk claimed there was an island-wide internet outage due to problems with the service provider. However, we verified this wasn’t true as there were no connectivity issues at another hotel we stayed at. Given the accumulation of issues, we ultimately decided to check out early

Quiet area, yet close to Duval Street. Very nice accommodations.

Great place to stay. Location is excellent, its walking distance to so many attractions. Had a great stay.

Super comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Would like to have had more information about parking in the parking garage. We ended up paying more by parking in the garage before checking in.
