천사탑 근처라서 걸어서 Reforma길을 산책하는데 편리하고 죽은자의날때 여러행사를 볼수있어서 좋았어요

대체로 청결상태가 좋고 직원들이 매우 친절했읍니다

원활한 의사소통이 가능해서 정말 좋았어요. 호텔외관을 첨 봤을 땐 아!! 했는데 체크인도 순조롭고 서비스 대응도 좋았어요. 흔치않게 욕실에 욕조가 있어서 여행 피로를 푸는 데도 좋았고, 조식도 배불리 먹었어요. 아이가 칫솔을 안가져왔는데 OXXO에 찾아가기 전에 혹시 몰라 프런트에 문의했는데 1회용 칫솔을 주셔서 밤늦게 밖에 안나가도 되었어요. 편안히 잘 쉬었습니다. 근처에 레스토랑도 많았구요. 다음에도 숙발할 의향이 있어요.

이 호텔의 가장 큰 장점은 거실과 방이 분리되어 있다는 점이다. 거실로 인해 복도에서 생기는 소음이 방에 전혀 들리지 않아 보통의 호텔들과 달리 잘 잘수 있다는점 그리고 거실에 있는 냉장고와 전자레인지도 정말 유용하고 직원들도 친철하고해서 자주 애용하는 호텔임

여기 숙소는 조용해서 좋고 방과 거실이 분리되어 있고 공간이 아주 넓은 편임. 냉장고 전자레인지등 사용하진 않았지만 편의시설과 친절한 직원 모두 만족. 와이파이 신호 좋음 라우터가 방에 있었음.

출장기간 이용한 호텔인데 주변에 먹을것 즐길것들이 많은곳입니다. 혼자 숙박하기에 너무 큰 침실부터 거실까지 여유있게 출장보내고 왔네요

다른 별다른 불편 사항은 없지만 WiFi가 많이 약합니다.

I reserved the two rooms in Eurostars Zonarosa. But due to remodeling, they changed our reservation to another Eurostas in Reforma. It was good. but WIFI was very slow and unstable. So if you need to use the WIFI, you should go out and find another location to use the internet.

Las fotos y el hotel discrepan muchísimo. Tiene una discoteca en frente y la música no deja dormir. El desayuno no era bueno.

Wie immer ein toller Aufenthalt inmitten der Zona Rosa. Die fast schon überdimensionierten Zimmer (alle Zimmer 40m²) sind mit Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Einzig eine Toilettenbürste fehlte. Die Mobiliar ist nicht mehr das Neueste aber makellos. Die Bäder wurden zwischenzeitlich erneuert. Als kleines Extra verfügt das Hotel über Tagungsräume und ein Gym in der obersten 11. Etage mit angrenzender Dachterrasse.

Great location and they accommodated an early check in but one day they didn’t clean my room and there were stains on the bed sheets.

Very large and comfortable room excellent air conditioning, friendly and helpful staff. Great location, especially if it’s your first trip and you want to be equidistant to the rest of Mexico City. The gym is complete and fully functional. Two roof decks with sun and shade. Decent size fridge and microwave. Excellent experience all around.
