Le jour de notre arrivée , impossible de dormir il y avait une fête des vins juste au dessus de la chambre sur la terrasse , nous étions fatigués du voyage , musique ,alcool ,une discothèque !! Chambre spacieuse , avec un grand balcon , beau bâtiment avec du potentiel , belle terrasse , belle vue mais le problème c'est l'entretien , poussière , balcon j'ai du demander en 2 fois qu'il soit nettoyé, flexible de douche tout encrassé , il ne doivent jamais le nettoyer, rideau de douche moisissure en bas . Il y aurait tant à dire, poubelle pleine pas vidé dans les espaces communs et dans le garage , la poubelle débordé , 6 jours sans la voir vidé, manque d'hygiène. Nos 6 jours étaient réglés donc nous sommes restés sinon on aurait fui. Personnel pas gracieux , à part une jeune brune à lunettes mais les autres tout juste bonjour!

The staff were exceptionally helpful and took wonderful care of us. Even though my children don't speak Portuguese, the team spoke fluently with them and made them feel right at home. They went above and beyond for all our needs, and the complimentary breakfast had a great variety of delicious options that the whole family enjoyed!

Nous avons séjourné dans l'hôtel B&B de setubal et nous sommes extrêmement déçus, tout d'abord de la propreté, ensuite de la vétusté du bâtiment ,des parties communes et des chambres. L'hôtel semble être à l'abandon. Le personnel n'a aucune empathie et est très froid quand on a eu la chance de les voir. Au petit déjeuner qui n'est pas et loin de la d'une qualité d'un hôtel 4 étoiles nous demandons à la personne qui prend juste la peine de nous demander le numéro de notre chambre, si il est possible d'avoir une petite cuillère à café, il nous répond d'un geste du doigt les cuillères que nous avons sont toutes là. Il est bien difficile de touiller son café ou de manger un yaourt avec une cuillère à soupe. Le beurre n'est même pas dans un endroit réfrigéré , il était tout mou, limite mayonnaise nous avons d'ailleurs eu mal au ventre est-ce lié ? personne ne le saura.

Ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, insbesondere das Bad schon grenzwertig für 4 Sterne in Europa. Schade eigentlich weil die Lage und der Blick wirklich gut sind. Ladesäulen vorhanden 18€ für 24kW bei 7kW Ladeleistung. Man könnte wirklich eine Perle daraus machen, aber wir würden beim nächsten Besuch ein anderes Hotel testen.

This hotel is an underrated gem. I originally booked just one night because I was traveling from Canada and wanted to rest up before embarking on a road trip through Europe. The hotel is simply fantastic, featuring a wonderful staff and a breathtaking view from the balcony. Since I am unfamiliar with the area and didn't want to venture out into the neighborhood right away, I decided to prepay for breakfast. Needless to say, I didn't regret that decision! The breakfast is amazing, offering a wide variety of fresh fruit, freshly squeezed juice, and great hot options. I will definitely be back, as there are clearly plenty of local attractions left to explore nearby.

Very nice place. We enjoyed our stay

The room was clean. We did feel a bit uncomfortable with it though. The parking garage was sketchy/dark. The elevator up to the room was sketchy. The room was bare bones. Basically only good for a quick overnight. We could hear all of the other rooms around us, people walking, babies crying etc. We would only recommend this place for a cheap place to sleep, nothing more.

We liked the cleanliness but the staff were not friendly and they didn’t like us restricting our access and not helpful. Not even smiled at us

Séjour de nuits lors d'un road trip entre 2 mamans et leurs 2 ados. Arrivée tardive mais accueillis avec le sourire. Chambre géniale avec vue sur mer! Calme, belle terrasse. Café gratuit très apprécié! Seul bémol, le stationnement...

We stayed at this hotel in Portugal where a faulty balcony lock led to a break-in and theft of our valuables. The manager promised to investigate and contact us about reimbursement, but never followed up and has been unresponsive for over a month. This experience shows poor security and terrible management, and we were left completely dissatisfied.

Very clean / view incredible

Único ponto que achei mau foi mesmo que se ouve tudo nos quartos. Muito má insonorização. O próprio chão dos quartos range imenso, ouve-se as conversas nos quartos ao lado por cima e por baixo.

It’s a fair property with a nice view, located at the top of a hill. It says 4 stars, however I would give solid 3 stars. Good breakfast, every day the same menu. I loved the freshly squeezed orange juice. Rooms are clean but very modest. Plenty of parking. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Would I stay there again? Most likely yes.
