Smelled like a stale ashtray from 1984. Stains on almost every surface. Immediately checked out and rebooked elsewhere.

Overall, the building is in poor condition.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, wifi was easy to connect to. Staff was able to accomodate changing our room to a main floor room instead of upstairs. Room was quite small compared to other rooms in this establishment we have stayed in and extra pillows would have made it much more.comfortable. The staff in the pub is excellant and service was amazing. Will continue to book, but will consider a bigger room. Was a bit pricy for the size of room we were in

The room was decent, some damage throughout. The sheets had lint fluffs all attached to it as long with some hair. Staff came off friendly but not very communicative or informative.

The rooms were a nice size with a little living room, with couch, but it could use a little updating. Beds were comfortable but had to ask for extra blankets. The breakfast was basic with waffle maker, boiled eggs and yogurt. Good coffee. Staff were friendly.

We left. This hotel seemed to be where homeless people were placed. It smelled of smoke, garbage bags were in the halls, the beds felt like they were going to break & it was very run down. The man at the front desk was very nice. He didn’t argue when I told him we were leaving because we didn’t feel safe after 10 minutes. DO NOT BOOK HERE! We went to the Hampton Inn in Guelph and it was more pricy but wonderful!!

Bed was comfortable and the price was right! It’s an older motel but location was convenient for me and the staff were nice

This place already looked sketchy from the outside. I walked in to check in at the front desk and shortly afterwards the police came in looking for someone staying in one of the rooms!! One of the most terrifying experiences of my life

The website pics for this hotel are deceptive. The actual accommodations are more like a homeless shelter. We did not feel safe. The rooms were disgusting, dirty and smelly. It was so bad that we were unable to stay there. I would not recommend this motel to anyone. DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL. Lack of hygiene and safety.

The room was not clean, my socks weee dirty from walking on the floor. The hallways smelled of smoke, and the room also had a smell. Uncomfortable beds, rusty fixtures in the bathroom…

Mold on the hangars. Mold on the door. Black mold in bathroom. Room was very cold. Room was very cold. Had to wait 15 minutes to checkin. Coffee creamer curdled in the coffee. Breakfast was very basic and wasn't worth it. Was not the price they are asking per night

Room for the most part was clean, bathroom out dated and could use some work. You can hear noise in the hallway and surrounding room. Good value for the $$. Attached bar is a nice thing food is okay, pricing seemed a little high. Would stay here again if I had to and was looking for a budget rate.
