늦게 체크인을 해더니 주차공간이 이미 풀이라 사용할수가 없었다. 그외에는 객실도 청결하고 마음에 들었다. 다만 가격이 좀 비싼거 같다

Beautiful hotel in a great location in downtown Montreal. Every single staff member we encountered was kind, helpful and very friendly. The rooms are beautifully designed, clean and have plenty of fluffy towels in the bathroom.

Staff was exceptional. My husband slipped on ice across the street during our last stay. Staff was exceptionally kind & helpful. They administered first aid, called an ambulance…& followed up.

Excellent hotel! The whole hotel was very clean and tidy and smelt lovely. The room was very nice - large room, bed very comfortable and a good shower. There's a pillow menu to choose your pillow and you can even order a sleep mask from reception. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice, ranging from several egg dishes, sweet options like pancakes and waffles and healthier options like granola and smoothy bowls. The hotel is also in a great location, with lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. It's also easy to get to old town either on foot, via the subway, or via Uber which are very reasonably priced. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Well located Elegant Hotel

Its one of my favorite place to stay in Montreal. Super friendly and the bar is also amazing and lively.

The parking garage was under construction during our stay, and unfortunately, the hotel did not inform us of this prior to booking. Upon arrival, there was no staff available to assist with luggage. Traveling with two children, I had to find parking at a nearby garage and carry all our belongings to the room on my own, which was quite inconvenient. The front desk staff checked us in but did not provide basic information such as restaurant hours or the WiFi password. Overall, the lack of communication and customer service made for a disappointing experience.

Incredibly welcoming! All staff were so helpful! Felt really well taken care of. Valet service was friendly and attentive. Concierge were great and really informative. Room staff from room service to turn down were so helpful and friendly. All of them are spectacular. Food was awesome! Perfect hotel location for the Mont Royal parc and for downtown! Recommended for anyone wanting to stay in Montreal.

Overall, the hotel is excellent except that the shower does not function very well. Water pressure is low, and it takes quite a long time to have hot water after turning on the tap. Another plus side, the breakfast is delicious.

Great place right in the heart of the city. Close to everything, very walkable area. Hotel staff was exceptional, helped immensely and concierge provided great suggestions.
