Not much of healthy breakfast options - Providing oatmeal & nuts could be a good healthy option

My hotel stay was good. I stayed for four nights. If I had the opportunity to stay there again, I would not mainly because of the location of the location. It’s nestled back in a secluded road, but that part of Tryon Street in Charlotte is one that I prefer to stay away from. The hotel was overall clean, but the carpets were stained on the third floor. There was a lady steam cleaning the floors during the week of my stay. The only other downside was that the Wi-Fi was not stable and the ice machine was broken. Otherwise, the stay was decent. I did not have the opportunity to experience the breakfast, but it did look like it was a nice area. The staff was very courteous and respectful, and I didn’t run into any other issues.

Great location

Staff when we first checked in was short and rude, seemes like he was preoccupiedby on his phone or something. Late night staff and next morning staff were grwat and friendly!

Broken down cars in parking lot, roaches in bathroom and huge stains on the carpet. Overall uneasy stay

Friendly staff and clean rooms/facility. I come to Charlotte often to visit my nephew and this always where I stay. The prices are decent and it’s in a convenient location.

Tv didn’t work

Limited breakfast. Small pillows and could feel the springs in the bed.

My friends and I stayed here after a concert at a nearby music venue. We checked in and got ready before the concert, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They even offered a shuttle to the concert venue knowing many guests were attending! The room was very clean and had plenty of offerings for us (towels, toilet paper, soaps, etc.) The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of pillows. I woke up too late to take advantage of the free breakfast, but staff at the front desk were similarly friendly as we checked out. They also offered hot beverages even after the conclusion of breakfast.

Was a little disappointed that the pool was closed for the season when we arrived but other than that it was a fantastic stay

Older hotel and needs updates. It was clean, which is very important/. Breakfast for as good. Best part is that it was quiet. End of a cul-de-sac so minimal cars. Quiet. Trees on the back side.

Uncomfortable bed. Shower was freezing even on just hot and it squeeled. The plug ins looked hazardous.

Everything about my stay was great.

The breakfast was amazing-eggs, sausage, pastries and other options! The hotel room looked like it hadn’t been remodeled in some time, however it was a spacious suite.

I thought the place was great overall. Breakfast was good, the room was VERY clean, the bed sheets were very clean and white, sheets and pillows soft. There was an "odor" outside in the parking lot but nothing inside, so I don't know what others were talking about. The lady at checkout was extremely pleasant, very personal, and nice; the man at check in was polite and professional. Only one issue - as we got there after sunset, we missed the turn for the road the hotel is on - there was no visible signage and nothing on the main road. Perhaps this is a zoning issue. But we would definitely stay here again, no question.
