The hotel is currently under construction, so there is a lot of noise starting very early in the morning, making it difficult to relax or get any peace and quiet. The Wi-Fi is practically unusable. It connects and then disconnects within a few seconds. The water provided by the hotel comes in glass bottles that are not sealed, which raises concerns about cleanliness and safety. The hot water in the shower only lasts about four minutes before running out, making it very difficult to take a proper shower. Also, the sliding door leading to the balcony has a raised frame that acts like a step. It is easy to trip or slip when entering or exiting, which I consider a safety hazard. Overall, the experience was very disappointing due to the constant construction noise, unreliable Wi-Fi, lack of hot water, and the unsafe balcony door.

El personal de recepción cuando llegamos, todo era negativa, ya que le pedí meter el carro de renta al estacionamiento y me dijo que no había cupo. A tal grado que me dijo que si quería me pudiera ir a ver a otro Hotel , totalmente lamentable. El personal de recepción parecen robots, lo que hice fue ir a dejar el carro a un estacionamiento privado a una cuadra. En fin no lo recomiendo si vas a llevar auto.

This place is beautiful and right on the marina so the views and late night strolls were dreamy. The staff was wonderful. The place was clean. The parking was limited. There are 2 private parking lots behind them that seem to always have space. We parked our rental there overnight, from 8pm to 9am and paid $4.60. One thing I didn’t care for were the bathrooms in the rooms. They have a window that faces the shared hallway. Noises from the bathroom were amplified. You can hear families talking, dealing with their kids, AND going to the bathroom, very loudly. That was resolved by simply closing our bathroom door. The restaurant on the rooftop offered spectacular views and amazing food but there was a lack of service. After the meal arrived he never came back to check on us. No water. No coffee refill. We wanted to order mimosas and he just never came back. The food was so good tho. So I forgive them. The restaurant will provide ice but the hotel doesn’t have buckets so be prepared.

The views from the hotel restaurant are amazing and our bedroom Also, the breakfast was very good lots of options to choose from the menu. I highly recommend this hotel walking distance to everything. If not catch a Uber super cheap in Mexico

Que no tiene alberca y exhiben una foto con alberca Que el estacionamiento es pequeño y los autos se quedan afuera

El personal del comedor es muy ruidoso a la hora de limpiar y cerrar la cocina, tuve que hacer un reclamo en persona y a la recepcion, solo disminuyo ese dia, los dias siguientes siguieron siendo ruidosos. En recepcion me ofrecieron cambiarme de habitacion en lugar de asegurarme que dejarian de hacer ruido cosa que yo rechace a cambio de que mejoraran ese detalle. Las puertas no cierran de forma silenciosa por fuera, no habia un instructivo para el uso de la caja fuerte, no hay refrigerador en la habitacion, no hay maquina de hielo, no hay suficiente estacionamiento, la seguridad es muy pobre, yo pude identificar al menos 2 riesgos inmediatos, las puertas del comedor estan sucias con manos marcadas en ellas, durante mis 3 dias de estancia no las limpiaron asi que no comi alli ya que no me dio confianza, el lobby esta perfumado todo el tiempo con olor a agua de colonia de naranja lo cual es molesto, en el lobby hay una barra que no usan y por detras guardan cosas en desorden (cajas, una pesa de gimnasio, etc)

The staff...If there was a 6-star choice I would have given it. The front desk people were always there to help me with my needs. The building is well maintained and the house keeping was very good. The location on the Malacon is very good as well. I'll try them out again next time. Thank you all very much for your assistance during my stay. Muy buena ubicación. Habitaciones normales y limpias. Lo único es el estacionamiento limitado, pero ahí cerca hay estacionamientos públicos

Staff are wonderful and the location is great. The view from the bar/restaurant is fabulous! Our room did not have hot water.

I was disappointed at first that it didn’t have a pool but it ended up being a great hotel and with all the beach proximities, the pool was not needed. The rooftop restaurant is amazing! Very clean hotel and our view was magical.
