Muy bien ubicado, buen servicio, buen restaurante pero lo único malo es que la segunda noche no pude encontrar espacio disponible en el estacionamiento aún cuando ya lo tenía reservado (me hicieron reembolso) debido a que hay huéspedes que se estacionan ocupando dos lugares y no les dice nada la administración

Site superbe en face de la cathédrale, un hôtel haut de gamme et très agréable. Seuls bémols : un parking où nous n'avons pas pu entré parce que plein pour qu'on nous dise le lendemain que nous aurions pu entrer quand même, manque d'info manifeste... et une salle de restaurant un peu juste

Everyone at the reception desk was very helpful and friendly. The servers in the restaurant appeared to be bother by my presence. They seemed unhappy with their job altogether.

Outstanding hotel in every area. Super quiet, spacious and comfortable. We certainly stay at this location when visiting Burgos again. Very convenient to most places of interest around the main Cathedral. Walkability was great along the river located just across the street from this palacial facility. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Great stay! Only thing was our room had a ‘window’ but it was more of a sky light due to the structure of the building. Everything else was lovely!

This was a great hotel in the amazing city of Burgos. The room was clean, breakfast was good with plenty of options, staff was super helpful. I would highly recommend.

The property was beautiful and more than what I expected. Can’t wait to check in again.
