When I arrived at the hotel, DALIA at the reception said that my reservation was cancelled and there were no rooms available. Even though I showed her that it was not cancelled on the app, she kept repeating that there were no rooms available. When I finally got into the room, there were unknown bugs biting me on the bed, and the shower water suddenly got so hot that I got burned. There's no need to pay a lot of money for this old and unfriendly hotel. When I complained about this, she got angry. She spoke very fast on purpose so that I couldn't understand her, and when I asked her again, she looked down on me.

가격에 비해 만족스러운 곳이었습니다. 야외 수영장과 실내 수영장도 그다지 넓지는 않지만 충분히 즐길수 있는 정도였으며 조식도 괜찮습니다. 위치는 엑세스가 매우 좋습니다.

별로 추천하고싶지 않은 호텔입니다. 방에 coffee pot 등 기본적인 준비도 안돼있고 사진과는 다르게 해변에서 많이 멉니다. 걸어갈 수 있는 거리가 아니고 언덕 위에 있어요. 시내에서 차로 쌩쌩 달려도 40분은 걸립니다... 체크인 시 이것 저것 추가 요금 들어가는 것만 제안하구요...

La ubicación inmejorable, el hotel es cálido y el servicio excelente, valoro mucho la comodidad y las camas son super cómodas. Si tuviera algo que decir es que por la mañana muy pronto se escucha ruido no se bien si de la limpieza o de los demás clientes. Pero en definitiva volveríamos sin dudarlo

Beautiful property. Clean, friendly staff. I didn’t use the amenities as I was on the go, but the space was so pretty. Breakfast had a great selection. Walls are thin, so try and avoid elevator areas. Otherwise no complaints.

We loved the hotel - the spa and the staff in the spa were phenomenal- when we went to the pool a few times we felt abit judged due to the clientele- but overall good hotel - beautiful features overlooking the pool

It is a little gem tucked away in a quiet area. We loved it.

Breakfast buffet had poor options. Rooms are outdated old beds noisy and old furniture. Must buy your own drinks if you take drinks out of fridge be prepared to be charged at checkout

Room 337 Staff amazing and friendly. Room old. Room location over looking the bar and swimming pool, you can literally be following up conversations of people in the bar while you’re trying to sleep, very noisy.

I liked how spacious the bathroom was and how clean everything is.

We have stayed here twice. It is a relaxing oasis away from the bustle of downtown Barcelona. A short walk down the hill to the train into the city. Only 15 minutes by car to airport. Older part of the hotel feels authentically Spanish, charming.
