주변이 마트 있어 편리함.직원들 친절함.동네 안전함.3박중2일동안 단체팀들이 복도 에서 떠들고 마지막날 새벽1시부터 3시까지 옆방 떠드는소음에 잘수가 없었음.그외에는 다 만족함

Easy to get to streets and shopping and food

We did have a brief mishap while staying here. BUT, the General Manager and her management staff and team took care of us right away. We were extremely satisfied and happy with our stay. We will definitely be staying again!

Everything was great except that you have to pay for parking i paid 150

Convenient location for our visit

The shower was dirty when we arrived. The towels and sheets had marks on them. We were uncomfortable since the room felt dirty.

Everything was good. Not five stars only because it isn’t as close to universal studios as it says when booking. Says 10 min. But actually much closer to 20 min away. If proximity to universal isn’t a priority I would recommend

Quiet hotel near the airport with everything we needed. Good food at hotel Bistro although breakfast was not included in the rate. Very safe and walkable retail area next to hotel.

Horrible my flight got canceled , I am going to miss my events. I want a refund and I need a room paid for and compensation

They still clean every other day but charge the same. Also online it does not mention that you pay $25 extra a day for parking.

Everything was great

My remote wouldn’t work upon my arrival and the front desk asked if I would like to wait until the morning for a replacement. Instead of asking me if I wanted a replacement that night or if they could provide batteries. They didn’t clean the room even though I stayed two nights and didn’t inform me that they wouldn’t clean the room until AFTER we left! Which makes no sense. If you wasn’t going to clean it until after I should have been notified upon arrival.
