Pool too cold

Toilet seats are cheap and flimsy. When you go to wipe the whole seat shifts. Maintenence came and looked at it, tightened it as much as possible but the issue kept happening. Also every day from morning till mid afternoon, the hot tub is out of order for maintenance. You would think this would be done overnight while its closed down. Staff was great, breakfast was good, although I suggest a better variety of fruits and cereals.

Breakfast qas awesome, eggs, sausage, waffles many choices. Staff was great, rooms clean.

We have stayed before and will return again. The only reason for not a perfect review was the pool was closed during our stay

I was there for a medical appointment stay, so did not eat in food nook. Room was clean and fresh. Girl at front desk in morning was unsure how to email me a receipt, and said email issues were happening. I did eventually receive my folio for room. Quite icy at front, where handicapped parking spots were. Those need to be cleaned up.

The stuff were very helpful, despite being busy. The room was clean. Booking, arriving, and checking out was easy. What else can one ask for?

The room was clean and comfortable. On check in the staff didn't mention that the pool and hottub were closed for maintenence. I would have gone elsewhere had I known.

Swimming pool and hot tub were under construction, they have not notified us about it, when we have arrived there, the staff (lady) said if you want you can cancel right away, not friendly, another issue happened when I asked another staff (man) what time is open the gym, he said 9am, I asked to somebody else (not staff), said 7am, I think the staff needs to improve client attention.

Internet was slow. Couldn’t connect iPad or phone to it. Room was clean, but needed to keep bathroom fan on in order for it to not have a foul smell.

Nice ladies working at the breakfast station, front reception male staff was busy on his cellphone. Overall, value for $$ - clean room, comfy beds.
