Helpful staff good breakfast

Location was the greatest asset of this hotel. We went for a comedy show and it was literally at a doorstep from OVO Arena. Staff were accommodating during check-in/out. Room was clean although you can tell that it needs upgrading, still served its purpose with baaic amenities. Bed was comfortable. Parking was free. Will definitely stay here again if coming to Wembley for an event. Thank you!

Ideally located and good price. Needs updating, bed was clean but bathroom was dirty. I would visit again if I was going to Wembley again, but only for that reason.

The hotel is in a fantastic location for Wembley stadium and the staff are very friendly & helpful. Unfortunately the hotel needs updating as it's very tired looking. The room was spacious and the beds are not very comfortable.

Nice friendly staff. The room was clean, the bed was a bit lumpy, could probably do with a mattress topper. The restaurant was nice, food was good.

Location was absolutely perfect for a trip to Wembley and it was such a bonus that we could park at the hotel too. While the hotel served its purpose and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly, it felt very sad and neglected. The reception area consistently smelt of cigarette smoke as people were smoking just outside the doors. The room had definitely seen better days. Our mattress caved in, in the middle and was very uncomfortable, the carpet had iron burns and marks all over it, the lampshade kept falling off and the water from the taps sprayed in all different directions. We paid £163 for the night which while I appreciate London prices and all that, it really did feel like the convenience is what we paid for and not comfort (or modernisation).

Albeit it was a busy weekend with football and concert, the bar could have done with a few chairs. There were none. The room was spacious and comfortable. Thank god the extract fan from the kitchen turned off before l went to bed. The pigeons residing in the windowsill woke me up at 0.600 so never needed my alarm. That needs sorting. Place needs a major upgrade. Shower was very bad ( like being in the Baltics in 1967 ) even the hot tap went cold for a few minutes??? But l have to say that the staff were exceptionally nice. They have their work cut out on match days. Please spend a bit on a plumbing upgrade. It really needs it. Get a fully pumped return system so hot water is available within the regulations. I’m a plumber.

Carpet stuck together with tape in places not the nicest looking place but it was clean and somewhere to stop after a concert

The hotel was clean and easy to get too. It really helped us out with the tube strikes. Great price wish the cups in the room were bigger. A reminder to staff you shouldn't be calling out the number of the room, other people can hear what you are saying and it can be very unsafe for females. Other than that I can't fault the stay.

Furniture was visibly worn and taped But the location for the gig was perfect

The hotel room was clean although a little dated. The bath had enamel missing from the bottom and needs replacement. The curtains do not completely cover the window and let in light. On a positive note, the check in was excellent, the hotel has ample parking and given the events happening the price paid was the best locally. Slept like a log and would stay here again as offers value for money

Room is very dated.. Bed was poor and the pillows and bed sheets was poor... Only good thing about this place is thr location for Wembley. Not worth the money but for the location they rip you off.

Great location! Loads of parking, rooms are big but a bit outdates, Air condition are old fashion and dont cool the room adequately that we had to ask for an electric fan at 3am but staff very helpful and offered for us to move rooms. Good hotel for 1 night stay and for parking.
