Clean and spacious room.

It is a big room, the bed was a bit hard but nice pillows. Breakfast is good, fantastic fruit.

My family had to undergo emergency surgery one day before the trip and we had to cancel. I did cancel on time before the refund deadline but Expedia claims in only cancelled the insurance and not the booking, which makes no sense. I contacted the hotel and explained the situation, and their response was basically they did not care and still charged me. Beware of business practices where they adhere to so called policy and forget about being human.

La ubicación es excepcional, localizado en la zona Gatronomica de Bogóta. El hotel tiene buen servicio pero para mi gusto ya es un poco anticuado en el mobiliario de las habitaciones, eso si sumamente amplias y muy limpio.

Excelente habitacion, sitio muy tranquilo y además cercano a vías importantes. Todo le personal muy amable

Overall, negative experience. The one big caveat is that if they can yank more money out of you, for any reason, they'll try to do it. The receptionist who checked me in noticed in my passport that I've been in Colombia a few times this year and told me I had to pay some sort of tax/fine for a reason that didn't quite make sense. Whether the reason was valid, it seems like it was not in their scope of duties. No other hotels since my stay in country has ever even mentioned this, much less said it was improper. On checkout, more taxes. Lots of other good options to come back to a hotel that focuses on wrenching more money out of you before you even checked in.

El hotel está ubicado en un buen lugar, lo que no me gustó mucho son las camas son muy duras, la habitación son muy amplias todo lo demás Ok. Solo cambiará las camas

The rooms are very spacious, very clean, with all what is required for a stay. Staff is very nice and helpful. The food could improve, however, taking into account Bogota's offer.

Excelente ubicación, fácil de llegar, muy buen recibimiento y estadía en general, pero lo que más destacó fue la experiencia que tuvimos con el Capitán de Servicio del restaurante en el desayuno. Nos indicaron que su nombre es Carlos (es alto y usa lentes). Siempre se mostró atento, amable y se aseguró que siempre tuviésemos una experiencia 5 estrellas en el desayuno. Por favor darle un reconocimiento por su excelente desempeño y cultura.
