Friendly and very helpful team, nice spacious room, and very conveniently located

Hotel com personalidade. Mesmo com a decoração um pouco datada, tudo era muito aconchegante. O quarto era imenso e muito confortável. A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar, mas longe de ser algo que atrapalhasse. O café da manhã era muito bom e as refeições que fizemos no hotel também agradaram. O atendimento dos garçons era impecável. O hotel fica perto da zona rosa (íamos a pé), porém em um local muito mais tranquilo e agradável para um estadia.

Excelente opción por su relación precio- valor, ubicación y su calidad de servicio. Buen restaurante y ambiente en la áreas sociales. Hay habitaciones que faltan por remodelar. Saludos

I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Porton immensely. The staff was warm and helpful. The food was good. It was easy to walk to other restaurants. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

En general fue aceptable la estancia, las Zonas comunes y el restaurant es muy bueno, al igual que la ubicacion y la atencion del personal. La Habitacion esta vieja, el colchon muy incomodo y tiene detalles de vejez. O es Jacuzzi o es ducha, es muy peligroso que la bañera este con el piso deforme (no es completamente derecho). Honestamente creo que las valoraciones que revise por aca, estan muy cobrevaloradas. es un Hotel de 3 a 4 Estrellas...

We were extremely happy with our stay at this hotel. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast amazing and our bed was very comfortable! The area was perfect. Close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

First of all, the hotel is very well decorated, we stayed 2 nights in different rooms, the first the bathroom was in poor condition, difficult to get into the bathtub, low water pressure, the drain was clogged. 2th Room, nice and spacious but we had the same problem in the bathtub, very low water pressure and also the drain in the bathtub and also in the lavatory were clogged. When we wanted to close the blinds they came off the wall lol, we told the front desk but they didn't give us any explanation or apology. Definitely I do not recommend it and I will not return again

Este hotel es muy cómodo en todos los aspectos muy limpio una atención espectacular y todo el personal es amable y atento el desayuno muy bueno

Este hotel es excelente, todo muy limpio los cuartos muy cómodos. La limpieza es perfecta y la tensión y la amabilidad del personal es maravilloso. Volvería a regresar siempre que vaya yo a Bogotá. Estuvimos por 11 noches y la pasamos padrísimo.

Estuvimos por 11 noches en este hotel y es maravilloso el hotel está precioso. Los cuartos son divinos mucha limpieza y la gente muy atenta el desayuno muy rico muy bien atendidos todos los días por las mañanas por las tardes y por las noches si pudiera le daría 10 estrellas.

Este hotel es maravilloso lo recomiendo ampliamente todos los servicios son de primera calidad. El desayuno delicioso y una tensión espectacular. Estuvimos 11 noches de vacaciones y estuvimos felices mi familia y yo.

Muy limpio excelente decoración el personal extremadamente amable.Nota me enferme del estomago y el personal del Hotel estubo super pendiente me preparaban infusiones, mi esposa salió a la farmacia a las 2 de la mañana y no tenia pesos para el taxi y en la recepción le dieron los pesos y le dijeron resuelva luego nos lo devuelve. les extiendo por esta vía un millón de gracias y felicitaciones a todo su personal.

Every on staff was friendly and amazing and it felt by the end like we were saying goodbye to friends we had known for years. We will definitely return

Thru construction was not a huge issue besides the noise early in the morning the place was amazing. Staff was above and beyond specially Mrs. Edna who help direct us thru the language barrier. I WILL be back to this amazing place.

My third stay at this hotel. I love it!
