We were upgraded at check-in which was very appreciated. Overall, unit was in good shape and the location and amenities were great.

The place is absolutely beautiful. Nothing to complain about that. I brought my daughter for a getaway trip for the summer. It was nice enough we got an upgrade. However, I was not aware of the resort fee. It was never mentioned when I book the room. I went back to check details on the description but there is no way to be found from hotels.com that mentioned resort fee. Was disappointed about that.

Front desk xlnt. Hotel is under construction....remodelling. Avoid unless you are aware of this and pay no more than $50 a night.

Resort atmosphere. Uncrowded and fun.

Room was clean but in need of an update!

Everything is out of date. Room and hallway were hot and stuffy and uncomfortable. The Elevator is slow and feel like it doesnt want to work anymore. The Manager was begging the employee to do overtime at the front desk while he checked me in.

AC inadequate for hot days “Fitness center” too minimal for resort of this size. Enjoyed having restaurant/food options without leaving property. Well maintained hot tubs, underground parking a plus too.

I stayed here for the Broken Arrow trail running race. Overall a really nice and convenient property. The asian gentleman at the front desk was amazing. Extremely good customer service... my only issues were some maintenance problems. The shower fixtures were a little loose, and the front door handle was a little messed up, but those were minor issues. I will be staying here next year.

Nice upscale facility- I got a good rate as staying on a floor under remodeling but still very nice room

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great location with lots to do around.
