12시 넘어서 도착했는데 바로 체크인 되어서 좋았음

Hotel was Amazing. Nice & Clean. Loved the Location near Kentucky Kingdom. Pet Friendly! Breakfast was just ok. Not enough restaurants in the area.

The hotel was immaculate. The gym was small, but it had what I needed. Breakfast was fantastic, the waffles were my favorite! The staff was kind and accommodating. The hotel was quiet and in a great location. Close to the airport, places to eat, the market and Freedom Hall (where I was working over the weekend)! Fantastic and I look forward to returning as a guest.

Clean, spacious, easy to get to my room, hot tub inside my room, quick check in and out. Craft House Pizza 2 blocks away who have some great pizza and very good beer selection. 24 hour gas station located nearby (I went to Circle K, I think there were a few more). They have a pool that you swipe your card at to get into the entrance gate, it rained alot when I was there so I didn't get a chance to go to that, free breakfast with sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, milk, juice, yogurt, cereal and more. They have free parking, I parked near the front door when I checked in around 4 pm, if you leave and come back later in the night you may have to park in the back, but still plenty of spots left back there. Overall great stay! I would definitely come back again.

Clean and roomy, good quality for the price. Not a super fun location but also not far from things to do in you have transportation.

Door was broke, pull out couch dirty with crumbs, refrigerator broke in the room

The door did not lock so we were able to get another room.

The location was great and it was right off the interstate. The check in process was simple and the gentleman at the desk was friendly. We got into our room and there was a mildew smell and the air conditioning was not working. They did move us to a different room which was definitely a step up. The air conditioning worked better but not great. We had a mini frig that struggled to stay cold and if you closed the cabinet doors the frig got hot along with the cabinet. The smell was better but was still there but tolerable.we probably would not go again, but the price we paid was great.

Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Near the Kentucky Exposotion Center and 10 - 15 drive away for all the other popular places. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place to stay.

Loved our experience at this Best Western! We got a King suite with a hot tub and that was such a nice way to relax after a long day of driving from Tennessee. The breakfast was fantastic with many options (waffles, cereal, sausage links, eggs, biscuits + gravy, fruit, bagels/muffins, juice, milk/yogurt/eggs, and coffee). The breakfast was supposed to end at 9 but at 9:15 they were still replenishing things. I was so glad because after a long day prior, my husband and I wanted to sleep in and it’s hard to wake up in time to get dressed and go downstairs for breakfast. We also appreciated the very convenient parking which was right in front of the hotel! We both agreed that we will be booking another Best Western king suite w/ jacuzzi. It’s very affordable for the included features. Highly recommend! One thing that we would like to see change is an addition of smart tv’s to the room… there wasn’t much to watch on tv and they just had an old cable system with channels. Nowadays, people want smart tv’s so they can cast things from their phone. If this BW could consider upgrading their tv’s, that would be great!!

We were impressed with the cleanliness! The breakfast was great and they accommodated all of our needs. If i had to pick one downfall it would be the noise of the airplanes. Lol.

Really nice facility however the room they originally gave us was already occupied or hadn't been cleaned as there were dirty towels everywhere. We were immediately given a new room and were very pleased with our experience

The hotel room was excellent and the breakfast in the morning provided a lot of variety. The only thing that was off was the bath tub not having anything preventing slips while showering. This is the first hotel I've come across that didnt include any type of grippers in the tub.

We chose this location, while traveling for my son’s baseball, for the bigger rooms, hot breakfast and the pool. Unfortunately after checking we found out the next day that the pool would not be open during our entire stay. This was out of the mangers hands since they were awaiting an inspection. The manger Dave was very nice and offered us a discount since the pool was not open. The housekeepers on the 3rd floor were amazing and very friendly. The only negative thing I have to say would be that the hotel itself was a bit warm, thermostat reading 79 to 83 during our stay.
