전체 평가 및 리뷰 Golden Parnassus All Inclusive Resort & Spa - Adults Only

가격대비로 생각하면 괜찮은 호텔이라 생각하지만 안좋은 점이 너무 많다. 체크인 할때 방 세팅이 안되어 있어서 수건 요청했는데 3번 말하고 해결되었음. 살짝 비온 다음날 부터 건물 로비에 빗물 받는 양동이가 적어도 10개는 생겼고, 나이대가 50-60대 요양으로 오는듯 젊은 에너지가 하나도 없었음. 무엇보다 여기서 식사한 뒤 일행 중 1명이 살모넬라균 감염으로 5일동안 밥을 못먹고 근육통, 설사, 저혈압, 급성 위염에 시달려서 멕시코시티 넘어와서 병원 감....

The property doesn’t have a working AC in the room and you have to use fans. The pool is dirty and the exterior of the building is coming apart. The only outdoor bar near the pool has broken seats so everyone can’t sit. The bar staff is amazing outside of that zero stars!

This resort has gone downhill steadily for the last several years. I started coming here in 2011 and it was really nice then.

This was my fourth trip to GP…. It’s one of the most unique.

Old resort, of course any place requires maintenance new or old. The staff absolutely wonderful, they go above and beyond for all their guests. I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone. It doesn’t have to be shiny and new to impress my family and I.

Hotel viejo y con muy mal mantenimiento

Lo mejor, el trato de su personal. , Lo peor instalaciones con muy mal mantenimiento,edificios,elevador,colchón, etc., viejisimos

The staff is what makes this place so amazing. This was our third trip there. Not much entertainment and the property could use some updating. Overall the place is very clean and we plan to return again.

Excelente lugar si el plan de vacaciones es relajación y tranquilidad. Sus buffets son buenos y los restaurantes para cenar también, especialmente el Pier 12. El personal es muy amable, desde los que te reciben en el lobby hasta los meseros de los restaurantes y el personal de limpieza. Las instalaciones parecen muy antiguas, solo funciona uno de los 2 elevadores del hotel y el WiFi, ese ni lo conocí aunque hubo la promesa de arreglarlo (me hospedé 5 noches)

This our second time staying here. We stayed about 10 years ago. While the staff was amazing. Jose and silberio were just amazing and made the trip worth it. But the food selection was horrible and the quality of what they did have was even worse. I didn’t eat There for 4 days. The only decent meal I had was off property. The build definitely needs some love. The sink would randomly start running by itself. We will be back but not for the food. But for the staff

El hotel se encuentra en muy malas condiciones, falto de mantenimiento. Nos dejaron sin agua por alrededor 2 horas, justo entre 8-10pm aproximadamente. El personal no es amable, pocas opciones para comer y encima no tienen el menú completo. Mala calidad de los alimentos. Sólo un elevador en función.

Staff is amazing as always but the quality of the resort is going downhill.. needs some major upgrades.

Have stayed here many times and everytime it is a great experience. The staff are the best of any all inclusive in Cancun. The food is great. The beach is fabulous.

This property needs a complete destruction and rebuilt. The WiFi did not work. The property is all inclusive including room service but my room phone did not work. The bedsheets were torn and had major stains on it. The towels had stains on it and looked extremely old. There has been no updates done to the property in 13 years. The view is gorgeous, but this place is lower than a Motel 6. Also ran out of a lot of the food.

Awesome place, great fun, lots of food options. Asian Foods not so good. Bed sheets can be better. Beach perfect.
