I really like everything about this hotel, the people, the food and drinks were amazing, the only thing was the check in. It took about an hour because it was only one person.

One of the most amazing resorts at a humble price compared to the top rated/named resorts. 3 onsite restaraunts to choose from, and a snack bar that offers a nice selection of food for in between meals. The lobby is unique with an open floor plan and your room is just a couple minutes away to walk from a white sand beach. The staff are all very kind and accommodating. If you're looking for a really good resort and get the best bang for your buck this is it.

La comida estaba muy buena, pero tienes que hacer fila para los restaurantes, es un hotel muy ruidoso con los eventos de entretenimiento , la música alta se escucha mucho en los cuartos, el lugar para los espectáculos en la noche no está cómodo, la gente no cabe, es un lugar adaptado

Clean people are friendly kid friendly the girl named jenny is is great with the kids she works in the kids club my 6yr old still talks about her would go back

It’s clean good family environment, yet all activities are done by 10 pm and bar closes at 11

Todo está con buenas condiciones, solo sugiero que después de las 11 de la noche tengan un área para los adultos donde puedan seguir disfrutando de esas bebidas espectaculares que solo ustedes lo hacen con una calidad tremenda, gracias, gracias por lo demás continúen así de bonito

It was good environment and lovely area. The one thing I can say is I feel they aren't very organized. Check-in took way longer than it had to be, only one check in person. We reserved a dinner for 10 people two days in advance. When we went to the restaurant, they separated us because we didn't give enough notice.
