We experienced an issue with the toilet during our stay. It was draining slowly and incompletely, and when we tried to call the front desk, there was no response. Therefore, we went down to the front desk, where only one staff member was available. When we reported the issue, he informed us that there was no on-site housekeeping service to assist with the problem. Instead, he handed us a plunger and asked us to fix the toilet ourselves. Luckily, one of our friends was also staying at the hotel, so we had to use their restroom for the entire stay. I have stayed in other Hilton hotels, and this is the first time I have had such an experience. This situation is unacceptable, and we are requesting a refund.

Clean room nice stuff and quiet

We were only there for a few hours over night, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms and common spaces were clean and they start breakfast really early which was nice as we had an early flight.

The place is perfect for a quick rest place to stay. We arrived late and the reception is very helpful and accommodating. The room is clean and spacious. Highly recommended this place!

Everything was quite enjoyable thank you for an enjoyable stay I would highly recommend .

10 minutes close to airport.

Everything was great but the AC is like a jumbo jet engine… 2-3 times a night…

Gutes Übernachtungshotel in ca 15 Minuten Fahrzeit zum Pearson Flughafen. Kostenloser Parkplatz inkludiertes Frühstück ( amerikanischer Stil ). Saubere moderne Zimmer gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 Minuten Fahrzeit entfernt.

Clean room and good breakfast

Had a great stay, perfect location. Lots of stuff within walking distance. Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was good as well!

Majoittumisemme aikana hotellissa yöpyi junioriurheilujoukkueita. Kesti aika myöhään ennekuin käytävillä juokseminen ja metelinpito loppui yöllä. Muuten hotelli on lähellä lentoasemaa ja on helppo löytää autolla. Riittävän iso pysäköintipaikka hotellin edessä. Aamiainen kuitenkin aivan maittava. Hieman pienet aamiaistilat asiakkaille.

Helpful staff, ok breakfast, ok rooms.

Laundry room is available and it is definitely a plus if you stay long since there are no many good laundromats in the area. Breakfast is good and they constantly refill. Their shampoo and lotion brand Zero % is great cause I have allergy issues and have been looking for products which has no chemicals with a nice scent. I loved it so, I purchased from Amazon for myself. Plenty of parking space at the back too. After you passed the dining area, there is a carpet leading to your rooms has smell. It is not too strong but noticeable. One good thing is that there is no carpet in your room, so no carpet smell in your room. Overall the room is clean. Just need to clean/wipe the dinning area tables faster because although there were spaces to sit down to eat but there were crumbs and leftover food on the tables from other customers who already left. These are not big issues so, overall experience was great

Friendly and very helpful staff, room was spotless, queen bed firm enough for the good sleep, good coffee downstairs, breakfast was excellent! I would recommend it to everybody!
