청결하고 직원이 친절합니다. 커피, 물, 탄산수를 제공하는 점도 마음에 듭니다. 다만 블라인드가 고정되어 있고 창문을 열지 못하는 점이 매우 불편하였습니다.

Great location. Reasonable price. Kind service. Small room. Noisy & old air-conditioner.

조금 가격대는 있지만 뉴욕에선 적당해요 깨끗하고 수압도 좋고 2층에 카페테리아도 있어서 물 커피 마음껏 먹을 수 있어요 위치도 34st에 있어서 주요 지역 가기 편해요

교통편의성, 깔끔함, 서비스까지 어느하나 흠잡을데가없는 곳이었습니다. 다만 화장실이 조금 좁고 고급스럽진 않았지만 맨해튼 중심부에 이정도의 퀄리티면 훌륭하다고 생각됩니다. 다음에 또 숙박하고싶은곳입니다^^

리노베이션되어서 깨끗해요.위치가 코리아타운옆이라서 편해요.프론트데스크의Anna는 특별히 친절하신분이라서.킥스비에대한 인상이 더좋아졌어요.

We had a phenomenal time at Kixby! The staff is great, the room was wonderful, and the location is unbeatable

Nice hotel very conveniently located. Very clean and roomier than other hotels that have been remodeled. The room wasn’t very cold (they promptly sent an engineer to help but it didn’t make any difference) but everyone was friendly.

Grace at check-in was amazing and so sweet and made our first time experience in New York City great. Rodney in Lot 15 was the absolute best, great conversation, excellent drink maker, such a great person who also gave us a lot of suggestions on the city. Jose at the front desk we encountered a couple of times. He wasn’t super friendly. A little gruff, didn’t quite appreciate his tone when we asked for more towels. We were disappointed that we never got to really experience The Look-Up which was a huge drawer to this hotel. The hours weren’t too convenient and the one time we finally were able to make it up there during open hours they were closing due to weather. We didn’t quite know what was going on as we just stepped outside and a young Caucasian girl that was working there was extremely rude and told us to hurry up and take our pictures and leave. We must have looked confused and then the bartender explained it was because of the weather and they were closing up for safety which we totally understood. The rudeness seemed unnecessary. The restaurant downstairs was excellent. Fantastic service delicious food. The room on the second floor with the free water and snack was so great and helpful especially with the hot weather. We really enjoyed those amenities. Cleaning staff was on point and did a great job and we truly loved our room and the hotel location. Even with some of the low points we would stay here again and again and recommend to anyone.

Really great hotel. Loved how clean and spacious the rooms are. You can’t find that often in NYC

The hotel is located in a great area of Lower Manhattan and close to the subway. We like to walk and were able to walk to all of the sights in Lower Manhattan. The staff was wonderful. The hotel was clean and elegant and our room on the 12th floor was huge. The rooftop bar has an amazing view of the Empire State building and part of the city. Black Top Burgers, right next to the hotel, has very good food and yummy burgers. The only negatives were that the windows were not dual paned, so the ambient noise of the city was loud and I had to sleep with ear plugs, and our room only had a view of the building next door.

Easy and comfortable location near the Empire State Building

Staff was very polite and helpful. Hotel was in a great location, very close to many popular tourist destinations. Even walkable from Central Park.

Room was larger than expected and well maintained. Location was excellent and very convenient to local attractions and restaurants.
