The staff was very helpful and the hotel was very clean

Rooms is dirty I have to leave within 5 min when I got there

Stopped here after a long day of driving - affordable, safe and clean.

We picked this La Quinta for it's location and they are usually a clean place. The location was good as for clean it didn't have bugs or anything like that. We had to ask every day to have our room made up. Even though the other rooms including our kids room was made up without having to ask. The elevator made noises that made you think it could drop at any minute. The beds were metal so everytime you moved they made noise. TVs could be heard between the rooms. They gave you 1 little bar of soap and a ketchup pack of shampoo. That is their amenities. I will think twice before staying at a La Quinta again.

It looks like there are people living in the hotel. The service wasn't bad at all. The room needs some upgrades as well as the hotel.

Easy check in and check out. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

The entire facility smelled of smoke. Breakfast was inedible and basic room service like replacing towels and trash was not offered

I was not impressed with the condition of the hallways. We were harassed by a person that wasn’t a guest. Nobody was around to handle the situation. We felt unsafe.

Definitely served it's purpose. Not fancy, but we weren't looking for fancy. Everything was as advertised and the staff was very, very kind and helpful. I would stay there again.

Initial impression of the hotel was that it was shabby, deserted and run down. Arrived at hotel to check in around 5pm and was told that my reservation had been cancelled because the card on file for booking had already been ran prior to my arrival and they were not able to charge my arrival. When I asked for the reservation to be reinstated they insisted they would not do and proceeded to offer me the same/similar style room for double the price that I booked it for.

Requested a wake up call as we had an early morning graduation, thankfully I set extra alarms on my phone since the front desk staff that checked me in never set it up for us the wake up call. She also seemed put out while checking me in since we arrived late. Not impressed with the staff and service

Our room has obviously been smoked in as it reeks of cigarettes. It is also very run down for the price point.

Liked that breakfast was provided

The room was fine, the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, there were people talking in the halls and going in and out of rooms all night which made our dogs bark and we didn't get much sleep. Not sure why so much activity but the last group we heard was at 3:45 and we needed to get up at 5:45 to get back on the road so it wasn't really a restful time for us.
