호텔이 매우 깨끗하였고 조식이 좋았음. 그리고 도심과 가까워서 여행에 매우 편리했음.

객실 전화기는 잡음이 많아 사용할 수 없음. 무료 생수 제공 하지 않음. 전화기 테이블은 불순물들이 튀어 있음. 바닥은 삐긋거리며 위층에서 걸으면 생생하게 들려 잠을 잘수가 없었음...

We stayed in the Petit Palace as a base for exploring Bilbao and the region and very pleased with the choice. The location is fantastic, on the edge of the old town. There is a train/metro station a couple of minutes away and it's a pleasant 25 minute riverside stroll to the Guggenheim. The building is old but the rooms have been well modernised with very good bathroom/shower. The staff are all helpful and friendly, we had the daily breakfast which was a good way to start the day. Our room faced the road but noise wasn't an issue and we even had a small balcony. For a city break base would definitely recommend.

Great location close to old town. Rail station/metro walkable. Bilboa a great destination.

Detta är andra gången vi bor på detta hotell! Bästa tänkbara läge, fina och rena rum, god frukost, mycket hjälpsam och trevlig personal! Vi var två vänner men hotellet passar också ensamma damer!

Hotell i perfekt läge, nära till det mesta i Bilbao. Sköna sängar, bra frukost och trevlig personal.

Hotel is in a great location. AC worked great and room was clean. That’s about the only positive thing. It’s a very old hotel that was semi remodeled. The bathroom were redone and look modern however the shower door didn’t close all the way and water was all over the floor. The bed was ‘newish’ and comfortable. The furniture in the room was old and all scuffed. The room had a weird smell. We had a huge beam in the middle of the room. They did have a safe and a small fridge and 2 bottles of complimentary water. The floors were squeaky so we could hear the people in the room above us walking back and forth along with the folks in the hallway. The baseboards looked like puzzle pieces just thrown together. Breakfast was available but €29 for 2 people so we opted out. I tried to go to the 6th floor to check out the restaurant and lounge but it was closed for construction - so not sure if I had paid for breakfast where I could have eaten. Parking is underground public parking garage 5 minute walk away for €20 a day and the hotel gave us a voucher for 10% off. The hotel staff was not very friendly. Bilbao was a nice city but I don’t plan to return, but if I did I def would not stay there again.

Habitación e instalaciones limpias, staff muy amable y súper ubicación. Excelente lugar para quedarse en Bilbao.

Mein Zimmer hatte zwar ein Fenster aber das hat überhaupt nichts gebracht da es aus Milchglas war und in einen Innenhof gezeigt hat. Unter der Zimmertür gab es einen Spalt zum Flur in dem immer Licht war. Man sollte vllt. erwähnen dass es Zimmer „ohne“ Fenster gibt.

This hotel is in the perfect place to easily walk and see all the beautiful venues that Bilbao has to offer. The staff was always pleasant and willing to help. Taxi stand is less than a block away as well as a metro station. You can’t go wrong with this hotel. Highly recommended!

Si quieres descansar éste no es tu hotel. Entra luz por la puerta, se oye todo el ruido del pasillo, calle, habitaciones, etc… Por 290€ la noche, me pusieron la habitación 105, enfrente de escaleras y ascensor. Precio desorbitado.

Geweldige locatie. Heel veel te doen op loop afstand en een metro station vlakbij. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Schone kamer, prima bed en een goed ontbijt. Aanrader.
