장소도 좋고 서비스도 좋은데, 엘리베이터는 좀 개선해야 할듯.

방의 청결상태가 아주 좋진 않았습니다. 약간의 먼지와 이불, 샤워가운에는 얼룩과 먼지가 꽤나 많이 붙어있었습니다. 방의 에어컨디셔너는 고장나서 새벽엔 매우 추웠고, 샤워기의 물은 차가워서 온수가 나오기까지 시간이 너무 오래 걸렸습니다. 하우스키핑에서는 tip과 함께 “샤워가운”을 달라고 요청했는데 샤워가운은 방에 1개 밖에 주지 않았습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절한 직원도 있었고, 그렇지 않은 직원도 있었습니다(모두가 친절하진 않음) 다만 조식은 정갈하고 잘 나오며 맛있었습니다. 위치가 좋기 때문에 추천합니다. 그래도 방이 더러우면 컨시어지에 바로 얘기하세요!

Just next to Uffizi gallery, extremely close to Ponte Vecchio, quite close to Michelangelo square. Kind staffs and delicious breakfast.

기본적인 청소는 잘되나 구석이나 커튼같은곳에 오래묵은 먼지가 좀 있었고 첫번째날 밤에 화장실에서 올라오는 악취가 심하여 방을 바꿔달라고 요청할까 하였는데 두번째날부터는 괜찮았어요. 직원분들은 너무나 친절했고 위치도 좋았고요 아침식사도 좋았어요.

출장으로 갔지만 도심에 위치해 잠시 주변을 둘러보기에도 더없이 좋은 위치. 조식 장소도 아름답고 여러 모로 서비스도 만족. 폰테 베키오 위치와 함께 다시 올 의사 있음

피렌체중앙역에서 숙소까지의 거리가 꽤 먼 것 외에는 아주 좋습니다 로마와 달리 피렌체 도로 상태는 더욱 좋지 않아, 캐리어를 끌고 숙소를 오가는데 많이 힘들었습니다 짐이 크지 않은 경우에는 어려움은 없을 것 같습니다 1층 끝방과 조식을 먹는 1층 레스토랑에서는 와이파이가 잘 터지질 않습니다. 5층 루프탑바에서는 와이파이가 아주 잘 터집니다. 수압 걱정이 없으신분은 3층이상 룸으로 요청하심이 좋으실듯합니다(와이파이에 대한 스트레스 경감 목적)

신혼여행으로 로마, 피렌체, 스페인 바르셀로나 3군데 호텔에서 묵었는데 여기가 제일 좋았습니다 베키오다리가 바로 앞에있고 직원들도 엄청!! 친절하고 허니문이라고 샴페인도 셋팅해주고~ 조식당에 창가쪽 2자리는 강이 보여서 뷰도 좋구요 루프탑은 두오모가 보여요 ㅎㅎ 피렌체에 다시간다면 여기에 꼭 묵고싶어용^^

While located right beside del Vecchio bridge in the busiest part of the city during a very hot week in June, the Hotel Degli Orafi was an oasis of cool and luxury. The breakfast had lots more options than a typical hotel breakfast. When I had an issue with the key to my room, the front desk staff was very responsive. The negroni I had at the rooftop bar was the best (although most expensive e by far) I had anywhere in Italy. And the avocado toast with smoked salmon made for a perfect light dinner.

What really stood out about this hotel was the staff and the location. We were close to everything in terms of walking and didn't have to call for an uber or taxi once. Most importantly was to help from the staff. My wife is almost 6 months pregnant and specifically for her needs. On the first night the air conditioner in our room was not working well enough to keep the room cold. They gave us some fans but that was only a temporary help and was not a permanent fix. The next night, thankfully, they were able to upgrade us to a suite that was very big with plenty of rooms for all of our luggage. The only critique I would have would be the mattress was very firm, but other than that I could not recommend this hotel more

Excellent Hotel. Staff is dressed professionally and very kind and accommodating. Room was spacious for Europe standards and bathroom was very nice with two sinks and separate room for toilet and bidet. Beautiful dining room and wonderful food selection for breakfast and service impeccable. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! The location was perfect! The staff was more than helpful! The full breakfast every morning is worth adding to your reservation I promise you. This will be in list of plaves to stay at again.

The suite we booked did not meet our expectations at all. It was a convoluted room with two tiny windows set into the ceiling, facing the courtyard. The air conditioning, in particular, made a great deal of noise while providing very little cooling. As for power outlets for charging mobile phones, there was only a single one available—located right at the base of the wall—meaning one had to kneel down just to charge a phone. The various elevators and the confusing floor designations—which did not correspond to the room numbers—were baffling. Furthermore, every morning in the breakfast room, New Orleans jazz music blared out loudly. Why on earth would they do that?

The room was always very clean and made up, but we never saw anyone come to clean it. They were very efficient. The bar on the rooftop actually had more food selections than I anticipated. We enjoyed our time up there. The breakfasts were top-notch. We enjoyed the hot food the most when it was just brought out because it did cool down after a while. Location was very convenient and close to so much. The rooms are solidly built we heard almost nothing from any other room. Elevators were a bit slow, but the stairs were very convenient. The Degli Orafi very much exceeded our expectations.
