The people that work there are amazing couldn’t have asked for any better!

Very cozy environment. Not too crowded. Great service. I was in one of the club suite. Room was great. Beach wasn’t crowded. Activities for both adults and kids. So yes my family surely enjoyed the time at Dreams Sapphire.

the room was amazing. the staff was great! the buffet not so great. the breakfast at the buffet was great, we never did go for lunch, we ate there one time for dinner, and there wasn't a lot to choose from. The restaurants were amazing. the resort was clean. they keep the beach super clean, every morning they were out there cleaning up the seaweed.

We had a room right by the beach bar, a swim out and view of the ocean, so it was perfect. The walk to the Adult pool was not far. The property is very large ! Lots going on all the time! The room was clean and the food was very good. The service at the big pool was slow with so many people there. The adult pool was nice and quiet to read or nap and the service was great! In the restaurants they offered blankets if you were cold. The evenings were chilly!

Everything was fantastic. Rooms clean, food tasty, bars attentive, and staff was so nice and on top of anything we needed. Pools were a little cold. Had the swim out room, but pool was too cool to use in mid-January.

Rooms need updating. Lighting was poor I. Rooms. Service was great. Buffet good but wild animals in the restaurant!

This resort was breathtaking. It was clean, the food was amazing and the STAFF were so friendly and kind!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room staff was great and very pleasing to come back to your room clean and bed made. The variety of food was great! Unlimited drinks is also great but the alcohol content is not like the US. Prepare to drink all day and not get drunk

Rooms were a bit too outdated for me, and hard to find chairs at the pools. but food and service was amazing. Definitely opt in for the roof top pool

Room was clean. Pool was clean. The beach was decent to play in and the staff was nice.

Overall experience was nice. Wait times for the restaurants were sometimes over an hour so arriving well in advance is recommended.

95% of the staff is amazing! Even though we requested rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors 2 months in advance, the first 2 nights we got rooms on the first floor which we were not happy, the second night we got switched to the 3rd floor and the room was a disaster, light fixtures were falling, drawers didn’t close all the way, every hour or so it sounded like someone was trying to get in the room, then on day 3 we got switched again to another room on the second floor, and this one was finally good! This is our 5th year returning to this resort, and if it wasn’t for the staff I wouldn’t consider to come back!

The overall experience was satisfactory. This particular dream resort is ideal for families and individuals seeking a blend of entertainment and relaxation during their vacation. The staff provided exceptional service, and the cuisine was delectable. However, it is worth noting that all restaurants close at 11:00 PM.

we had an ocean view Club room and it was very nice, HUGE shower. But the AC reset to 20C (68F) all the time so we had to turn it on and off to keep from freezing. Food was good, not spectacular. Buffet good option. Rooftop bar/grill on our building FABULOUS for lunch. Dinner difficult as they don't take reservations and if you don't get your name in by 5:45PM you will have a 2+ hour wait at specialty restaurants. In the lobby was a taco cart making fresh tacos every night and was a go to. Drinks good, typical fare. but we had a superman and there are great. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Main pool was very nice and large. We mainly stayed at the adults Club pool which was quieter and much less windy as the ocean wind was howling the whole time we were there. Activities just okay. 4 of the things we wanted to do never materialized and we were left wondering what was going on. We had to leave a day early due to family emergency and got no one to help with a nights refund. Expedia sent us tot hem and they sent us to Expedia. VERY FRUSTRATING... Overall a good place to stay.

No service for hours and no pool chairs available! Horrible check in and check out experience.
