The location was very nice, having the ocean right in front of the hotel and close to the center of Cascais. The service and the hotel room were not satisfactory enough though. Our room had a plumming issue for a full day and the moved room also had water flowing issues. The concierge was not super friendly or supportive which was subpar from what I expected for this level of hotel.

Great hotel!

Our garden room with terrace was lovely and spacious but the carpet had a few stains on it and a section of the carpet had started to fray. The staff were all very pleasant and very attentive. We stayed in March of this year when the weather was extremely hot but unfortunately the outdoor pool was not open. This did affect our stay as you could not sunbathe due to it being so hot and not being able to cool off in the pool. Breakfast each morning was excellent with a wide choice of cold and hot food all freshly made. Overall we did enjoy our stay but it would have been so much more enjoyable if we could have had the use of the pool.

Beautiful location, very friendly staff. Great food and drinks. Comfortable beds. Best place we stayed in Portugal. Easy walk into historical district. Highly recommend.

The room did not exactly match the pictures ( 2 small window doors) which did effect the view. Otherwise everything was almost perfect. Very good with the dog as there were possibilities to walk next to the hotel. ( That migth differ a bit during high season). Very good breakfast with Nespresso machines.

Amazing hotel in cascais! Our room had ocean cliff views!

This is a small boutique hotel with a perfect location and great staff. Our room was a twin sea view that was perfect. We would come back here if visiting cascais. I imagine it is very busy in season but we enjoyed our stay. Staff was great and highly recommend this hotel. You can not beat the location and views.

Clean rooms

Die Aussicht war natürlich unschlagbar. Der Rest entsprach eher einem mitteleuropäischen 3-Sterne-Hotel. Immer das gleiche Frühstück. Dunkle Badezimmer. Allerdings bequeme Betten und trotz kühler Temperaturen gut funktionierende Heiz-Klimaanlage.

Amazing staff and property

The most wonderful location, we enjoyed the sun and sunsets every day. Wasn't very busy, so we got to enjoy the space (travelled mid October). Breakfast was superb, with an amazing view. I can't wait to go back.

Great location and comfortable room. Could use some more power plugs but otherwise great!
