쉐라톤호텔에서 일정이 있어서 예약한 호텔인데요 걸어다니기엔 나름 거리가 있더라구요 근처에 포시즌 호텔과 인터콘티넨탈 등 고급 호텔 옆에 있는 작은 호텔입니다 로시오 광장 코메르시우 광장에서 걸어가면 한시간정도 걸리는거 같아요 밤되면 바로 옆 인터콘티넨탈 앞에는 경호원들이 서있을 정도로 동네가 조용해요 노숙자들도 가끔씩 보이구요 객실은 상당히 좁아요...동양인들은 살짝 무시하는 경향이 있어서 그런 방을 준건지 모르겠지만 처음에 받은 객실은 문 열자마다 바로 베드가 보이고 방 가운데 떡하니 기둥이 있었어요..둘이쓸거라 트윈베드로 바꿨는데 화장실도 너무 좁고ㅜㅜ 뭐 조식은 맛있었어요 같이 사용한 친구는 안락하고 좋았다고 하지만 전 살짝 아쉽네요 처음부터 트윈베드룸이 없다고 하더만 기둥이 맘에 안 들어서 방 바꿔달라고했을때 트윈베드룸으로 바꿔준 직원부터 맘에 안 들어서 그랬나봐요 암튼 관광목적이시라면 비추천합니다

Struttura si datata ma gestita in maniera soddisfacente. Personale della reception gentile e disponile. Solo quello addetto alla colazione immagino il responsabile dovrebbe essere più ematico e cortese. Perché vederselo la mattina con quella faccia e modi poco cortesi non è proprio un bel biglietto da visita. Colazione eccezionale e abbondante.

I stayed here for one night before my flight back to Canada and everything was as expected. My balcony was huge with an incredible view, which was the highlight of the room. It was very nice to have such a spectacular view to remember my last day in Lisbon. The staff was super nice also.

This is only the second time in my life, and across multiple countries, that I have truly regretted having to leave a hotel stay. From the moment we walking in the lobby, to the moment we left, there was something special about SANA Rex Hotel, Lisbon. The reception was above and beyond as the staff speak multiple languages and are ready and willing to help you into your room or even upgrade if possible! The room itself was quiet, clean, and had everything you might need. The bathroom even had marble in it! The hotel, like Lisbon itself is seasoned, cosmopolitan, and very regal. It combines modern technology (the SANA App) with time-honored personalized service the Hospitality Industry every where should strive to match! Location? You are adjacent to Edward IV park, which offers a stunning view down to the water and beautiful walk, all the way down to the major town square, also on the water. If you need busses or Uber/Taxi, literally right outside and in front of the hotel is all you could need! However, hands down our favorite part of the hotel stay was the dining and top notch service put on by Ricardo and his associate Ms. Davis. You WILL be impressed by the kingly setting and offerings of the dining area, especially for breakfast. Do yourself a favor and book a stay at SANA Rex Lisbon :) I WILL be back!

Hotel com ótimo custo benefício, bem localizado perto dos shoppings e do parque e longe da confusão do centro turístico que era exatamente o que buscava. Só o quarto que é um pouco pequeno para quem está com muitas malas mas fora isso foi ótimo.
