The hotel was exactly what we were looking for—charming, quaint, and perfectly reflective of the authentic feel of Old Quebec. Our room was clean and thoughtfully designed, blending old-world character with modern amenities. The hotel also offered breakfast with a wide selection of options, which looked great even though we didn’t partake. Its prime location, within walking distance of the main shopping and exploration areas, made it incredibly easy to get around and enjoy the city.

The room was charming and ideal for a solo traveler or a couple. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Lovely room.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants nearby and the restaurant downstairs was great too. Not too much cheap/free parking nearby but the valet worked well. The room was very neat and clean with all necessities for a short stay/long weekend. Would overall highly recommend this hotel.

Great location and excellent value for the price.

La chambre était magnifique! La demoiselle qui nous a servi était d'une gentillesse! Utiliser un voiturier était une bonne idée parce que le stationnement est inexistant. Extrêmement bien situé, nous étions littéralement derrière le musée, et nous y allions pour une exposition. 5 mins à pieds du petit Champlain, nous avons tout aimé !

The whole experience was excellent . The breakfast was top notch. Available mint lemon water/ coffees/ tea and hot chocolate was appreciated . The staff were all excellent. The location was great for us, nearby pub/ bars , and restaurants in walking distance. The walk to the Carnival was as expected, it’s bit physical but so picturesque . We really enjoyed the room , spacious, and all amenities were high end .

Pros : we had a suite and the layout is great with a great view and well furnished. Location is very practical. Cons : The bed was announced as a Queen size but it’s smaller. The spring mattress was awful and we didn’t sleep well the 2 nights we were there. This is the main reason I can’t give more than 3 stars hence the sleep is the main service of an hotel. The shower has minimal pressure and adjusting the temperature was tricky. Finally: The TV has no connection option or streaming options other than the local cable TV it has on it. I would expect more in 2026

Clean room, great location helpful and courteous staff!

The staff providence excellent service. The room was clean. Unfortunately, we had noise neighbours above us. The valet service was expensive. It should be mentioned in the ad.

Experience was excellent, staff was friendly and very helpful. Would stay again! 5/5
