조용하고 깨끗한 호텔

호텔에 많은 동양인이 머물르고 있는데 객실을 동양인과 서양인을 구별해서 아래층을 동양인에게 배분을 하고 있슴 이태리는 인종차별이 없다고 하던데 기분이 좋지는 않았음

가격은 20만원이 훌쩍 넘는 가격이었는데 호텔 거의 모텔수준으로 작고, (방은 생각보다 큰데 호텔 로비요) 직원 완전 불친절하고.... 조식도 완전 별로. 여기서 그냥 10만원 더 보태서 좋은 호텔 갈껄 완전 후회했습니다. 위치도 베네치아 완전 끝이라 이동하려면 무조건 수상버스 타야하고,,, 룸에서도 쾌쾌한 곰팡이 냄새나서 들어가자 마자 완전 찝찝..

위치 빼고는 가격대비 방 상태 최고입니다 산마르코광장까지 걸어서 15~20분정도 걸리고요 조식이 정말 맛있답니다 수상택시 이용하실분들은 여기 추천합니다

Woke up to bed bugs and bites had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night. No refund has been given.

Big, modern rooms. Very nice property.

A lovely little hotel. Beautiful bar area, lovely staff and in a really quiet part of Venice, but only 10 minute walk from the centre!

Frühstückauswahl limitiert. Kleine Zimmer aber sehr sauber. Gut zu Fuss erreichbar vom Bahnhof. Stolzer Preis.

**Pros:** - The location is quite convenient if you're planning to use water taxis, as they are close by. - Beautiful views and scenic surroundings, making it a nice spot to relax. - It’s not in the heart of the city but still has easy access to the main areas via public transportation. **Cons:** - There aren't many dining options nearby, so you’ll likely need to travel to find good restaurants. - The hotel was difficult to locate on our first visit, which added a bit of frustration. - Unfortunately, the staff were not very welcoming. They were blunt and not very helpful when we had questions. - While the hotel itself is quite pretty, the air conditioning situation was a major letdown. We ended up requesting an additional fan, which barely helped in the heat. Overall, it’s an okay choice for a short stay, but there are some issues that need to be addressed to make it a more comfortable experience.

Friendly and helpful staff- good value for the money- will definitely return- good breakfast ( continental not American/ British).

Loved the hotel

Disappointed 1. AC water dripping from the ceiling all night 2. Cleaning staff left the tissue paper inside the bidet instead of where it’s supposed to be Not up to the IHG standards I expected

Amazing hotel in a lovely, quiet area in Venice - accessible from the main train station via 4.2 and 5.2 ferry, takes about 30 minutes. The welcome from the reception team was excellent, warm and friendly, the hotel has a lovely courtyard, for relaxing and sunbeds. Breakfast is fabulous and super value. Overall a wonderful stay.

The AC in our wasn’t working properly it was extremely hot all 3 days during our stay. Concierge was helpful and attended to our matter immediately. However, the AC stil has some issues and clearly wasn’t working to full capacity. Paid $1500 for 3 unpleasant hot sleep nigts.

Stayed one night. Hotel is on an island. You can only reach the hotel by water taxi from the airport

Cool staff. Improve room amenities.

We had a great stay. The hotel was lovely and very comfortable for our family (2 children age 6 and 8). Breakfast was delicious, and the area around the hotel was great, and much more peaceful than central Venice. We would definitely recommend it.
