All was wonderful - the only small discomfort was our room, it smell like paint but that was all..

When I was checking in, I requested the upgrade and they told me that I have to pay like 50 per person daily which is a crazy amount when I had thought that I was a VIP client! They talked me that Expedia didn’t communicate to them that I was VIP, clean room Now the hotel room itself it is a disappointment I am very dissatisfied with the room because I’ve never stayed in a hotel room that a bathroom is so small anytime I’m in the toilet I’m scared of getting hit by someone coming in and opening the door. The view was excellent, I want to say they promoted that there’s a 24 hour cafe with ice cream and there’s no ice cream. when we were leaving yesterday I believe they were bringing ice cream to the cafe.

El hotel es bonito , grande con áreas verdes , camas cómodas , el baño limpio . Hay actividades para diversión . Yo participé en una fiesta blanca y otra que fue a la entrada del resort . Pero la música solo es dedicada para la comunidad argentina , que parece es el fuerte de los turistas en el resort , se le pidió varias veces al dj que ponga otro tipo de música para así ser más diverso , pero no tienen variedad . La comida es más o menos , nada que impresione . El staff atento .

The place looks good. Unfortunately the food is not good! Very disappointed considering Dominican food is great however in this place the food is not good. The drink same story.

Toda la comida mala lo único que me gustó fue los tacos de carne del restaurant mexicano el buffet malo en desayuno comida y cena orrible el restaurante italiano un asco , nunca había ido a un resort que estuviera con hambre todo el tiempo que dure en esa estadía y nos fuimos antes de la comida lo que nunca en mi vida no l recomiendo para nada

Beautiful Beaches

El Hotel es 3 estrellas sin ofender. La comida es horrible,mala calidad y los menus bien pobres.Los pasillos sucios y llenos de moscas y abejas muertas,la piscina nunca la vi limpia como debe ser,abejas que te volaban hasta en la cabeza en el bar de la piscina. La gente si muy burba atención, como todo dominicano.No regresaria aqui mas.

The best: people (workers) The worst: Very bad administration. They have to train the personal specially in restaurants. People do the best themself. Need to train all personal.

Jose our Mayordomo was so helpful and kind. Everyone questions and requests from our group was done. He goes an extra mile to make sure that everyone is happy and having a great time. This property was nice the food needs a little bit more taste and certain things need to be cooked more like the hot dogs but everything else excellent

At the most amazing vacation and wonderful time enjoying every moment, our room was perfect. Had a wonderful service. The food was amazing. I would highly recommend. but have been calling the hotel for a reimbursement of $321 that was prepaid before my arrival and have not received that payment.😕

Not a big thing, nothing fancy but is ok for short relax vacation.

The staff was amazing! The beach is a little rocky, but overall an amazing experience for the family.

The food was not that good,i won't recommend this place . Everything is far lots of walking,no accommodation, room also need some upgrades,and for the money honestly go to Hilton or dreams ,we liked those way better.

We arrived at the hotel we were bounced around between different check in areas. After about 30min they told us we were going to be “bumped” to another property which was 15min away from where we were with the explanation that they had overbooked the hotel. We were not informed about this prior to arrival and were not given any opportunity to choose this option. After another hour of back and forth bouncing us between various people they allowed us to stay at the property we had originally booked which we agreed. They finally gave us keys to our room and informed us that they were going to “bump” the next people that arrived because of us. Our room was not an “upgrade” room even though we were classified as “SunClub” status. The facilities were ok but the food was the most atrocious and non ingestible we have ever been served at an all inclusive. The food options were extremely limited per meal. We were told we had premium liquor options but were never informed they were only available in the VIP lounge between 10a-10pm. Every other bar in this “inclusive” resort served what might be the most diluted alcohol from an unrecognizable brand. The $200 credit that was supposed to be offered to us had a ton of limitations and restrictions. The options were only available in set amounts but ultimately you’d have to pay to use the coupons. “All-inclusive” but seemed there was an unspoken rule of having to tip all the time at bars or you’d be ignored or given poor service.
