Very clean, kind, comfortable, and the building of this hotel is so beautiful

We appreciated that our car was parked by a staff member at a time when there was very little driving near the hotel because of a celebration in the town.

Top notch hotel with all the luxuries a traveler would want. The roof top pool, pure bliss.

Excellent location and very good car parking service. Nice room overlooking Plaza de Spaña. Interesting building with delightful staff. Can a hotel with a swimming pool that’s only open seasonally qualify as a 5*?

Good property with good value for your money. Breakfast a bit hectic and understaffed but ok.

Pessoal do hotel muito simpático. Perguntamos se tinham mapa da cidade, ao que responderam já fornecendo o mapa e marcando as atrações, todas próximas ao hotel. Optamos por pagar (25 euros) o estacionamento do hotel por comodidade e para ter alguém que levou e trouxe o carro para a gente. Aliás o trajeto até o hotel é feito por ruas para pedestres, mas que veículos são admitidos para ir até o hotel, por exemplo, onde tem lugar para descarregar as malas. Café da manhã do hotel é completo (opção por comodidade), mas existem várias cafeterias próximas. Ficamos apenas uma noite para no dia seguinte seguir para Madri. Quarto espaçoso e de instalações e mobiliário bem atuais, inclusive no banheiro. O edifício é histórico e com estilo árabe. Visitamos o teatro e arena Romana. É interessante para ter contato presencial com o que se aprendeu como história da humanidade. A cidade oferece atrações para ficar por dois dias, se possível.

First of all the building IS a palace. Very beautiful and well decorated. The staff was superb - really went out of their way to help, accommodate, and guide us.

El hotel es muy bonito, las camas muy cómodas (aunque podrían mejorar las almohadas) y la habitación muy amplia y bonita. Me encantó

Beautiful hotel in the center of town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right in front of the plaza with many dining options right in front of hotel, ideal to live the tapas culture!

Muy buen hotel, ubicación excelente, muy buen trato del personal. Solo tengo una crítica al desayuno. Poca variedad, no había pan blanco de molde ninguno de los días que estuve y poca fruta. El jugo de frutas era envasado, no natural. El resto excelente.

A spacious and well run hotel.

Excellent service when checking in, recommendations and advised us how to get out of area. Manual was excellent at his job!
