방음이 너무 좋지않다 룸클리닝의 수준이 좋지 않다 스페셜다이닝의 수준이 좋지않다 욕조가 너무나 작다 그 외에는 대체로 만족스러움

중국에서의 첫번째 여행이었는데 쉐라톤싼야호텔 퀄리티가 너무 좋았다.

Det enda man skall vara medveten om är att det är mkt begränsad möjlighet till bad i havet beroende på säsong mm. Annars ett fantastiskt ställe att få sol, värme vacker miljö och god mat. Ganska lugnt område.

Location of hotel is incredible. The lawn and swimming pools are well maintained, though rooms are a bit old. Everything is super clean and staff is very friendly. Breakfast could be a bit better. Overall our family enjoyed the stay.

They don't have checkout line. Check in and out are in the same line. I'm sweeting so bad, it took me 45 minutes to checkout .

老牌酒店维护很好，服务很好，酒店热带园林景观很美，阳台看海景很棒。下次还会选择入住。

It was our second visit to this hotel during the New Year time. Pluses: Again, it was a good compromise between the price and the services. The territory around the hotel might be the best among all other 4-5 star hotels in the vicinity. Very good beach. Nice breakfast buffet Minuses: the hotel definitely needs renovation. The restaurant is often overfilled between 8:30 and 10. The check-in procedure is VERY slow - the slowest one we have ever experienced.

Amazing trip with pretty well stay

Good stuff, nice services and beautiful view, administration and management well done.

Service was excellent. Room was a bit dated. Air conditioning was minimal, but still comfortable. It was not too busy when I was there, so I could find a seat either on the beach or at one of the pools.

It was very comfortable, very attentive and nice staff, great management, the grounds beautiful and well cared for, same goes for the beachfront… good dining options, would definitely stay there again and recommend the hotel to friends

The hotel staff and beach are amazing.

I think it was a terrific place to be at. The management was very nice and friendly and we were able to check in early. The breakfast was good and the amenities around were great. Dinner, while expensive was tremendous and the ambience they created was exceptional. My only complaint would be that there weren’t enough workers so it took a little longer to get our drinks delivered at the pool (maybe they were really busy) But everything else was lovely. Our housekeeper cleaned every day and gave us a ton of water (which we drank).
