위치가 매우 좋음

3성급 호텔이라기엔,, 냉장고, 전기포트, 애머니티.. 있는게 없었어요.. 청결상태는 나쁘지 않았습니다. 그리고 가장 별로였던 점은 체크인할때, 마스터카드(체크카드)로 결제를 했는데 승인이 안됐다고 체크아웃할때 또 결제를 요청하더라구요. 해외결제 시 마스터카드 특성상 승인 될때까지 며칠이 걸릴수도 있다고 하던데, 저는 이미 제 카드사에서 결제완료 문자를 받은 상태였습니다. 계속해서 호텔비를 못받았다고 하시니 어쩔수 없이 저는 다른 신용카드로 결제를 한번 더 했고, 결론적으로 호텔비용을 총 두번 지불했습니다. 그 중 하나는 아직 환불 받지 못한 상태입니다. 아직 문의메일 답장도 못받았습니다,, 굉장히 번거로웠고.. 응대하는 리셉션 직원의 서비스가 정말 별로였습니다. 다른분들은 저 같은 문제를 겪지 않길 바라며,, 호텔비 결제 시 캐나다카드나 신용카드로 결제하시길 추천드립니다!

Perfect location! Make sure to walk down to hill to take the Funnicular ( trolley)

Our stay was fantastic. The hotel is right beside the Chateau Frontenac and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The staff were helpful and the hotel was clean and beautiful.

Excellent location, price, style of decor (old world), comfort.

My husband and I returned to Chateau Bellevue after 28 years. Remarkably, it remains the same. Accessible to downtown, beautiful views of the St. Lawrence river from Governor's park which is steps away across the street and the boardwalk with the Frontenac hotel on one end and access to the Plains of Abraham at the other. Coffee/tea is available in the lobby and continental breakfast is available for $15 per day. We did not partake, preferring local cafes instead. Rooms are small, cleaned daily. Our only concerns were the "full" sized bed and no small refrigerator to keep drinks etc. My husband and I are tall people so the full sized bed had our feet hanging off the end. A "queen" sized bed would have been better but more difficult to fit in smaller rooms. Overall, we love Quebec, the summer festival, hiking around town, and the respite Chateau Bellevue provided.

The location of this hotel could not be better. It’s right off a cute little park that overlooks the river. The people who worked there very nice. It is a surprisingly loud hotel. The hallways reverberate with every sound, the doors to the rooms shut very loudly, and the air-conditioning units are very loud. It could be because it’s an old hotel. I get that. But I feel like there could be some kind of dampening that could be done to make it less noisy. Also, the room was really crammed with furniture considering it’s a room just for one or two people. It was hard to move around really. I would stay there again, but I think I would look at other places first.

Great location for a quiet side of Old Quebec - walkable to shops and parks. Reasonable price for its location, room size, and ambiance. Staff are nice and kind. Complimentary juices, coffee, and discount perks are very helpful! Minor things are the mirror is only in the bathroom & people outside can be heard since we stayed in the main floor.

location was excellent. very nearby to all the beautiful places in old QC. we especially love the park out front.

The hotel is located in such a prime spot! It faces a park that you can easily walk through via a multitude of paved walkways to the boardwalk or just take the sidewalk a block down to Rue Saint-Louis. If you want amazing views, just walk a block up to Pierre-Dugua-De-Mons Terrace. Old Port (lower town) is and easy walk to get as well. Getting to the hotel is a dream and highly recommend the valet service! Will definitely be staying back here. Room was large, bed was comfy and access to the outside was super convenient for us and our dog. Book here and you will not be disappointed!

Everything was very good Nothing negative

There is nothing negative I can say about this hotel. Our stay was perfect. The room was amazing, comfortable bed, amazing shower, the continental breakfast daily was delicious and a perfect start to the day. The staff were all so kind and professional. Having the valet option was perfect. Now, the location! Steps from a gorgeous park and Chateau Frontenac. We loved wandering around and having our hotel so close if we wanted a break mid-day. I can’t say enough about this hotel- coffee, juice and water always available was a huge hit- my daughter adored the lemonade and hot chocolate! Everything we encountered was just better than it needed to be- no special touch was missed. Thank you so much!!

Clean room, friendly staff, close to the boardwalk with nice view every morning, valet parking, close to tourist attractions. Only miss is no refrigerator in the room.

The staff were very helpful. They were great. I loved the cappuccino machine. The door mats outside the building were not clean, but once we were inside the building, everything was great.!
