I absolutely loved the room and the old time charm of the elevator. Everything was clean. The staff was amazing! Had a noise issue but they took care of it right away and really care about all their guests! I would definitely recommend staying there and will be back in the future.

Konumu iyi otel biraz ufak ve dar kahvaltı saatleri iyi ama kahvaltı çeşitliliği az geldi. Oda bakımlı banyo ve duş bakımsız idi.

1階の入り口に一番近い部屋に案内されました。遅くにチェックインする人や夜間に出入りする人の声と足音で落ち着くことはできませんでした。 朝食は温かいメニューもあり、満足です。

Banyosu kötüydü yatak örtülerinin üzerinde sarı lekeler vardı ve 3 gün boyunca hiç değişmedi. Yatak yastıkları çok eski ve ayıp yani çok pahalı bir şey de değil, düzgün yatak örtüsü ve yastık olabilirdi. Eskimiş yastıklar vardı. Sadece konumu iyi gerisi beş para etmez

私の不注意でグレーのポーチをフロント辺りで失くしました。私の拙い英語で余り理解してもらえなかった。ポーチ中にはユーロ紙幣入りの財布があったのに。対応者は当日の担当に聞いて返事をするとのことですが、他の人は皆知らないと繰り返されました。 また、客室床は長い髪がたくさん落ちていて、清掃状態も良くない。 立地も良くて、アットホームなホテルと期待していて損をしてしまいました。

Nice breakfast. Convenient location for museums. Good dining options. Cyclists are a danger to pedestrians. Ride too fast and careless of pedestrians .

Small hotel is off the beaten path. Not many amenities. Not enough electrical outlets in room. Bed & pillows were hard and not very comfortable. No air conditioning in room and window does not have a screen so could not get fresh air. Breakfast was simple but plentiful. We had a “comfort” room; it was small. Room cleaning was basically some clean towels & making our bed. Definitely a no frills hotel. Desk Staff was accommodating & friendly. I feel this hotel is overpriced for what you receive.

Incredible area at an affordable price, the hotel was clean but it does need a little update

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and the smell permeated the entire room. I found a piece of a Lego toy under the nightstand, which means it was not moved for cleaning.

O hotel é bem antigo, piso em carpete nas áreas comuns. A localização é excelente. Próximo à Praça dos Museus. Tem bastante opção de passeios na região. O quarto é grande, o meu eram duas camas. Porém me incomodou o banheiro. A ducha não ficava fixa na parede e molhava todo o banheiro. Pedi para mudar de quarto, mas não havia outro disponível. Apesar disso, ele tem preço bem mais baixo que outros na região. Acredito que seja por conta da idade do hotel. Não experimentei o café da manhã, mas o espaço me parecia pequeno pelo tamanho do hotel. Se você busca preço, com cama confortável e boa localização esse hotel pode ser uma opção.

Location was spot on, as near to museum quarter as you could hope, walking distance to everything. Breakfast was time slotted, pick your tine when you want it, great idea as breakfast room not huge, this system ensured no overcrowding, tables available and food replenished. Not seen this method before, but it works well Only issue is parking! Listing states parking and EV charging, It has neither, you have to go to local QPark for that, other wise you may be lucky to find a spot on the street, but don't count on it. Listing should NOT offer parking at all. There is NONE. Lift to all floors. All in all anorher good hotel from hotels.com, apart from totally false info regarding parking

Fyra nätter var en lagom vistelse på detta lilla hotell i närheten av Museikvarteren. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal och funktionellt rum, men inga umgängesytor, så inget ställe man hänger på. Under vår vistelse var det värmebölja och ingen AC fanns, men däremot bordsfläkt och fönster som man kunde ställa upp helt. Städningen inget att anmärka på. Frukostutbudet var bra. Olika sorters bröd med pålägg, yoghurtar, kokta ägg, äggröra, korvar, sötsaker, juicer, kaffemaskin med mera
