전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hotel El Tucano Resort & Thermal Spa

Poorly kept, mold was on our walls as there is no a/c and it’s very humid and wet area. Before arriving we called to see if they recommended anyone for taxi service they gave us a number call we waited 40 min at the airport for him he never showed we ended up finding one at the airport then upon arriving to the hotel checkin they said the taxi service we needed to pay 100$ cause he did show up we went back and forth for a while and i said i would call and sort it myself before they allowed us to check in to our room and we didn’t get there until 9 so by that time it was 10 and we were exhausted after a long day of traveling. Other than that the pool and drinks were nice.

Property needs to be upgraded and have better service.

La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado y eso no se indica en la reservación ni descripción. El jabón de ducha es un dispensador de espuma de manos. El desagüe de la tina no sella bien y deja escapar el agua. El apagador de la luz desconecta toda la energía de la habitación. Lo cual hace confuso el manejo de luces La silla de escritorio es extremadamente incómoda El colchón en duro e incómodo y tenía bastantes insectos pequeñitos. A las 6am hacen limpieza de piscina con hidrolavadora entonces no se puede dormir.

No air conditioning in the room because I was penalized for using Expedia. The water in the shower was barely lukewarm and dribbled out. The parking lot at night was loud with motorcycles racing around. Unsympathetic staff who didn’t care when I said that I should not be penalized for Not getting a room with air-conditioning because I didn’t book through them personally.

Property may be a resort in terms of a 3rd world country, but by no means worth the money. Very very old. Built in the 70s most likely, and saying it's a hot springs resort is a stretch. Very disappointing.

Need I lot of maintenance, ac unit on the room very old and noisy, the bathroom very abandoned. Food was not good at all.

I loved the large thermal water pool, and my husband loved the steam room, warm pool and cool pool. We also liked being in an environment with the majority of people being Costaricense, as we weren't interested in an exclusive tourist resort.

Muy limpio, los trabajadores del hotel muy amables y serviciales, la comida muy rica.

Good stay. Loud takling in front ot room 5 all night especially bad at 1am with a group of girls. Then loud music at 5am.

Our family of 5 had a great stay! Staff was very friendly, breakfast included was delicious and fresh, and the location and setting is stunning! The hot-spring pool is open 24 hours and the property has multiple pools, a sauna and a beautiful hike through the gorgeous grounds with a waterfall. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

There is no hot water, air conditioner barely works. The staff in the restaurant and laundry are great, however the front desk reception staff are terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The hotel rooms and rest rooms are very old.

Very clean but looks old needs renovation. Near by two trails of 2 km to hike on and hot water pools. Good location to get out of town to spend time in the property in a forest. Our family really liked the stay, breakfast and dinner.

Bien, aunque le pasan a uno vendiendo el programa de ser socios. También a la hora de salida hay que devolver el control de la tv a la recepción. Andaba en gira laboral y dejé el control en la habitación y me hicieron devolverme por él. También se me olvidó devolver la tarjeta de llave (tampoco me recordaron devolverla) y ya yo de gira por trabajo y me llamaron y me hicieron devolverme al hotel a devolver la tarjeta de la llave.

Excelente lugar de paso y estancia

Venía a descansar y me ponen en una habitación a la par de una fiesta
