카운터 직원 무척 친절하고 숙소도 엄청 조용하고 청결함. 높은 데 위치해 있어 창문 바깥 뷰도 좋음. 하지만 높은 만큼 올라갈 때 좀 힘들다...^^

Fantastisk frukost!

Rent rum, inga större bekvämligheter utan ett ställe att sova på. Okej frukost, inget stort utbud att välja från.

Please don’t book this hotel. Although the hotel is smoke free, our room smelt of smoke. The tub was rusty and the carpets in the hallway were old and dirty. We spoke to the gentleman that checked us in regarding the room but he wouldn’t help us. The Wifi did not well in the romm. Lastly the location is 20 mins walking from the city center. We never leave negative reviews but this time we felt we needed to. We stayed 1 night and checked out.

Excellent stay. Near to the front. Thirty minutes walk to the centre. Would definitely recommend

Trevligt rent bra frukost

Lovely hotel, just up the hill from the port / marina. It’s small, cost and boutique and the staff are great. Rooms are clean, modern and today. Lovely breakfast and great choice. I d have marked it as 5 stars apart from three things: internet was patchy, I wasn’t offered a room upgrade for being Expedia platinum and the ‘free’ excursion we were meant to get had to be collected from a different hotel, 45 mins away. Apart from that, lovely stay.

The employees at the front desk were efficient and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. It had a stocked mini bar with reasonable prices. Breakfast was wonderful and included in my rate. The location was very good and close to downtown. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mallorca.

The hotel is relatively modern, clean, and conveniently located near Palma’s waterfront. Having on-site parking was a real bonus since parking in the city is difficult. Breakfast was slightly disappointing: the eggs were cold and greasy, and the fruit and vegetable selection very limited—though the pastries were fresh and very nice. The real problem was safety. Our main door did not close properly, and several times people walked into our room—including once at 5am, which was absolutely terrifying and unacceptable. The key system was faulty: our card could open another guest’s door, and others could enter ours even with the lock on. On top of that, the balcony and bathroom window locks were broken, and the room safe had no battery. When we reported the 5am incident, the staff were dismissive, saying there was “no evidence” and making us feel blamed rather than supported. As three young women, we felt unsafe and deeply let down. This hotel has potential with its location and facilities, but the safety failures and lack of empathy from staff made our stay very shaken and disappointing.

Fiquei hospedada no final de setembro/25. Quarto limpo, hotel bem organizado, funcionários simpáticos e solícitos além de um café da manhã completo e super gostoso. Foi um excelente custo benefício!

Fint rum och trevlig personal. Frukosten var utmärkt. Hotellet ligger i ett lite mindre turister område med några riktigt bra och prisvärda restauranger
