위치도 너무너무 좋아요. 큰 길 건너편에 바로 reforma222라는 쇼핑몰도 있고 골목 대각선에는 편의점도 있어요. 그리고 멕시코시티의 상징인 엔젤도 근처에 있어서 좋구요~ 호텔 서비스도 너무너무 만족합니다. 프론트도 친절했고 청결상태도 좋구요. 혹시혹시혹시 멕시코를 다시 방문하게 되면 또 이용하고 싶은 호텔입니다!

Everything was excellent ; the size of room, the location. free wifi, free breakfast and always smiling staff etc. If anybody wants to make a complain , think about the price.

Excelente ubicación en Reforma, sin duda es su punto fuerte. Sin embargo, la limpieza fue muy deficiente: había polvo en toda la habitación y las cortinas estaban visiblemente sucias, lo que daba un aspecto descuidado y poco agradable. No volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Chambre propre et bon matelas. État moyen : robinet réparé par un bout de métal au lieu du levier d'origine, lampes abîmées. Manque des prises pour charger nos appareils électroniques. Réception polie mais souvent aucun bonjour lorsque nous arrivons. Peinture des murs défraîchie Ce n'est un 4*, probablement un 3 1/4*

Habitación limpia de buen tamaño y con balcón, descansas bien no hay mucho ruido pues la zona es tranquila, el personal es muy amable.

El peor hotel donde me he quedado en más de diez años viajando constantemente a Ciudad de México. Las personas de front desk fueron groseras, antipáticas y para nada serviciales.

Centrally located hotel with all the amenities needed for while visiting CDMX, highly recommended.

The hotel room floor was a bit dirty during my entire stay even affter cleaning. The wifi didn't work for 1-2 hours daily. The air conditioning is very loud and unnefective. The localization is excelent though.

I was in room 702. Spacious Room, I had a Street balcony view. A lot of closet storage space. I was happy to see an iron and ironing board (ironing board cover needs to be replaced, it had a stain so it was difficult to iron my shirt) In the bathroom had a nice size counter and hand lotion. Bath products smelt good. The lotion was a great amenity which most hotels don’t provide. Provides two free water bottles upon check-in. After each day turndown service if you do not have your “do not disturb sign”, housekeeping provides an additional two bottles of water. Great Location for walking around the city. Close to Zona Rosa where the bars are located. Lost a star because Mini-Fridge does not get cold. Gym equipment machines do not work. They are outdated. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again for a future visit.
