무난하게 이용했습니다. 1인실은 화장실 공간이 많이 좁습니다.

더블베드 하나랑 싱글베드 하나가 포함된 1박당 16만원짜리 방에서 어머니랑 저랑 잤습니다~ 엄청 만족스럽지는 않았는데 방음이 잘 안되고 욕실이 작습니다ㅎ 다만 로마 센터 지역에서 조금은 벗어난 곳에 있어서 현지인들 지역을 볼수 있고, 걸어서 3분 거리에 트램이 있어서 4정거장만 가면 로마 제일 번화가인 레오나르도 다 빈치 뮤지엄이 있는 포폴로 광장에 도착할수 있습니다^^ 1층에는 24시간 여는 마트가 있어서 먹을거리 사기에는 너무 좋았는데, 호텔방에 전자레인지는 없으니 참고하시고 방을 도로쪽에 있는 곳을 주셨으면 더 좋지 않았을까 생각됩니다 :)

침구는 편안하고(불면증인데 이틀간 푹 잤어요. 꽤 쾌적합니다), 화장실도 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절하고, 아침식사 뷰는 정말 좋아요. 아침식사도 쏘쏘 괜찮고요. 로마분위기가 물씐 나는 호텔이에요. 차를 렌트해가서 호텔 주변에 세울때 조금 애먹긴 했지만 전반적으로 괜찮습니다. 하지만 로마에 다시 간다면 다른 호텔에 가보고 싶긴해요. 그리고 스탠다드 룸이라 방이 넓을거라 기대는 하지 않았지만,, 많이 좁아요.

Estadia ok. Quarto bom, cama confortável, banheiro grande e bom. Café da manhã com o trivial. A localização do hotel é longe do centro. Tem que pegar ônibus ou táxi. O hotel não tem estacionamento. Tem um próximo com diária de 25 €uros.

Great place to stay. Beautiful room, friendly staff, the building itself was awesome. I think the brand in the US could learn something from this property

Overall the hotel is good, there are only a few things to consider: room was clean, but there is evidence wear & tear in some parts of the room, the shower stall is too small (I had to move in 45 degree angles to turn around), only 1 oz shampoo/body wash combo is offered- for the price you would think they’d have the larger dispensers. There is no mini fridge or separate closet space, but rather a closet/coffee counter/heater in one. And there is limited outlets. Another consideration (no impact to rating), the nearest tram (line 2) is undergoing improvements and the alternative bus route is unreliable or very busy. While the walk to the nearest metro station isn’t too bad (15-20 minutes), you must consider that when booking.

No geral é muito bom. Funcionários muito solícitos. Bom café da manhã. Boa localização, bairro tranquilo e boas opções de restaurantes por perto. Minimercado bem do lado. O único incômodo foi que ficamos num quarto conjugado e teve dias que o barulho incomodou bastante.

Unser Aufenthalt im Best Western Astrid war sehr enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein und veraltet; es gab zwar ein Alexa-Gerät, aber das konnte die grundlegenden Mängel nicht ausgleichen. Das Schlimmste war die Klimaanlage: Sie funktionierte an keinem der 4 Tage unseres Aufenthalts. Nachdem wir uns beschwert hatten, hieß es erst, man würde es prüfen. Am nächsten Tag wurde die Aussage geändert: Man schalte sie zu dieser Jahreszeit gar nicht erst ein. Es war extrem heiß im Zimmer und wir mussten bei offenem Fenster schlafen, was wegen des ständigen Straßenlärms eine absolute Zumutung war. Auch die Minibar war defekt. Wir haben dies täglich reklamiert und immer die gleiche Antwort erhalten: „Wir schauen sofort nach“, „Morgen kommt der Techniker“ oder „Wir tauschen sie aus“. Am Ende sind wir abgereist, ohne dass das Problem jemals gelöst wurde. Der einzige Lichtblick: Das Frühstück. Alles war sauber, das Essen war lecker und die Auswahl zwar klein, aber angemessen. Dennoch würde ich nicht wiederkommen und das Hotel aufgrund des schlechten Umgangs mit technischen Mängeln auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Zona abbastanza tranquilla e con traffico accettabile. Buone trattorie nelle vicinanze. Lunghe camminate per raggiungere i luoghi storici di Roma. La M. Flaminio è a circa 1 Km . Camere quasi nuove come finitura e arredo.

Ótimo hotel, muito limpo, quarto com um bom tamanho! Equipe atenciosa e com uma localização de fácil acesso mesmo longe do centro histórico.

Beautiful place Breakfast is great

This place is away from everything. You have to rely on uber or taxis to go anywhere. Public transportation route is a couple blocks away but you would have to hop from one line to another to get to the main attractions. Nothing within walking distance. The clean up if my room was always being done after 5:30, very inconvenient.

What a very beautiful stay we had while in Rome at the Astrid! The staff was exceptional, and the breakfast was good. Especially the Cappuccino!

A great hotel with tram and bus links towards the centre of Rome nearby. The room itself was very clean and was maintained daily and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was also good.
