Professional and courtesy staff.

Front desk clerk was beyond rude. Hotel had water outage and refused to cancel reservations. Hope I caught her on her worst day because I feel sorry for the people who work with her. The mid state fair was going on and the place was full of loud people making noise at all hours. Worst hotel stay in recent memory for me.

Stayed one night (on the 2nd floor in the corner) and went to the Fair the next day. Perfect for one night. The bed was super comfy and the room was quiet.

No water or internet

Worst hotel/motel I’ve ever stayed at!! To start with I had a cockroach in my sink when I woke up at night!!! The hotel is occupied only by construction workers that are staying the night in town so not a relaxing place to vacation. I tried to ignore all of this because I just wanted to relax for a couple days by the pool but I couldn’t even do that. This was the worst best western I’ve ever been to in my life. No complimentary breakfast and the pool heater was broken. The staff seemed to pace around the hotel the entire time waiting for us to leave. They kicked us out of the pool/spa immediately at 10pm every night and wouldn’t even let us use it on the day we were checking out because they said we weren’t guest anymore!! Extremely rude staff and I’m letting everyone I know who travels through Paso Robles to never stay here!!

For some reason, the room just felt dirty. The beds are very small. They are full-size beds. The room was hot and the carpet felt dirty.

The property had easy access from the highway and there was plenty of spacious parking. The room was very clean and comfortable. The large pool area was clean with lots of seating and fresh towels. The hot tub was spacious and very relaxing. Margie's Diner is conveniently located on the hotel site providing delicious meals served by gracious staff members.

This was a very quick trip and short stay, so our experience was limited. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and the bed quite comfortable. We have stayed here before and would consider again.

Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt nicht. Zimmer in Motel Qualität, riecht sehr muffig. Sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdessen alles sauber. Betten sind bequem

Taking kid and grandma on a road trip over the weekend. They loved everything from the welcome center to the spacious and comfortable room. Our favorite ❤️.
