All good.

Airport shuttle was easy to find and quickly got me in my vehicle. Hotel was clean but needs updates. Staff at hotel was friendly and helpful.

Old hotel...they didnt even clean our room once for a 3 night stay - we had to out in a request for it and it still wasnt done. The room was smelly when we came...old cupboards and other fittings with visible wear and couldnt even use the jacket hanger as the door wouldnt close

The staff deserves an A+++ the room, lounge and pool area were very clean. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Room was clean, property was nice, and staff was very pleasant. Only complaint was that the room had an odd smell to it.

The staff was very helpful! I appreciated my shuttle to the airport. I was disappointed the clock or coffee machine did not work in my room and I had no shampoo.

Staff was so friendly and accommodating, airport shuttle was helpful, provided water and soft drinks. Clean but felt dated on decor. Easy walk to restaurants. Stored our luggage until later flight.

Close to everything like old town and balloon fiesta park

Since my last stay at this motel, they have started the scam of demanding a $100, interest free loan under the guise of a security deposit which is BS since they have my credit card information.

Staff was very kind and make sure I had everything I needed. Shuttle to and from airport was convenient as was the grab and go breakfast they offered due to my flight leaving before their breakfast time

Great location for attending a concert at Isleta. A bit noisy from street and air traffic but overall a good value.

The staff, airport shuttle, and food were all very good. However, when I first checked in and opened the door to my room, it smelled extremely musty, I had to ask for a different room. The lady at the front desk was super sweet and quickly accommodated me with another room (I found the smell to be the same, just not as powerful as the first room). The next day, I went on an excursion, and when I returned, the entire second floor reeked of weed. I reported it to the staff, and they immediately sent out a notice reminding guests that smoking isn’t allowed on the property. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again the following day. I don’t care if people smoke, but when it’s done indoors and the smell is so strong it takes over the air, it becomes a problem for everyone. Overall, the hotel is clean and the staff is wonderful, with a decent breakfast, but that musty smell was hard to get past.
