Showed up 90 minutes after check-in and was greeted by someone at the front desk who basically whispered the entire time. I could barely hear anything she was saying. On top of that, our room wasn't ready, so we sat in the lobby for a half hour until they gave us a different room which was essentially on the main floor next to the elevators so you could hear everyone coming and going.
We also went to the lobby bar for a drink and the service was slow and inattentive. The waiter forgot us for a while after we asked for a final round and our bill so we sat there awkwardly until we could flag him down.
Maybe we were unlucky with the entirety of our experience and this is a great hotel, but I know I'll be booking elsewhere in the future.
