시내쇼핑을 위해 다운타운과 가까워서 선택했어요.주차장 자리는 저녁이면 자리가 없고, 직원들은 프런트에 항상 없고 룸에서 전화하면 안받고,화장실문 고장나있고, 화장실 배수안되어 수리신청했어요. 하루 자고나서 청소요청하니 하루전에 요청안했다고 안해주길래 따지니 청소해주네요. 노답입니다. 2박하고 연박신청안하고 다른 호텔로 옮겼습니다.

Breakfast and staff great. I had a room on the main floor. Felt like I was in a basement with small windows etc.

The Bed was amazing (thinking of buying one). The bathroom has been recently renovated and was fresh and clean. The optional breakfast was fantastic! A full restaurant breakfast, not the usual continental style.

This is the best hotel I've stayed at in the last 10 years. Easily. Hands down. You will not regret staying here one bit. Its extremely clean, it is VERY quite. The food is great. The executive lounge is excellent. The staff are probably the friendliest and kindest I have EVER seen in a hotel anywhere, and they ALL go above and beyond. Literally the entire staff. You will have zero regrets staying there.

We paid extra with for a room with a bunkbed. Ours did not come with a little patio like every other family room. It wasn’t worth the extra money. Not only did we not get a patio, we got a window that faced the elevator and with that comes the noise of the elevator.

Great cleanliness and friendly staff. Overall condition was really good, but some details were less than ideal. Having to go back and forth in the enclosed skyway was better than having to transit outdoors but was not very convenient. The consistency and availability of hot water was not good. The shower either could not regulate the water temperature or no hot water was available at all. The convenience center near the check in desk had few or no options for diet soft drinks. The smaller meeting rooms were great, but the large meeting room we were given was long and very narrow, which was not a very effective facility for a group of nearly 150 attendees. Off premises dining and shopping was not particularly convenient.

Dinner buffet was great! We enjoyed it. Location is convenient to many shops and restaurants. Hotel room is clean & tidy.

Front desk staff were great!

Hotel is dated. Suite was super dated. When you spend 500 for a night you expect something a bit nicer. Would not return.

For the price of the room, the mattress was quite uncomfortable and our heating system was switching on and off every 3 minutes or so throughout the night. Informed the front desk in the morning, and they did not do anything about it to make it right. Definitely not the stay we expected for the price paid

Amenities were great, staff were super friendly and having 2 pools/hot tubs made it a great place to stay with the family. If booking the family room, be aware that the bedroom only has a window that faces into the hallway/by a main elevator. Other than that it was a great stay!

My only issue is that i stayed by the pool area and my room faced the pool. It was all you had left which i understand but it was loud. My door was across from rental rooms and lots of workers talking early am passing by my room or hanging by the elevator talking. Than the Pool: kids banging the gate to get in and out lots of screaming and yelling from young children. hard to sleep when that's right outside yoiur door. Would be better if we were forewarned of this. I wouldn't want to stay on this side again.

Stayed in Atrium building with balcony to pool. Voices echo alot into the room. The adult pool was full of unsupervised children. Lots of children running throughout the hotel unsupervised screaming /playing until 10 at night. The room was good and bed was comfy. Smart tv requires you have a netflix account or prime video account in order to watch. There is basic cable with 39 or channel's.

There were renovations underway and we were not notified. Was a mess to get to our room because elevator was not working. Last time we were there we were given breakfast voucher for being sliver status with Hotels.com. When I asked this time it was stated that there was no option for this because I did not book breakfast. Last time is was available without asking. We really like staying here but were disappointed this time. Room was well kept but we were not given extra coffee cups during our stay just the initial ones.

Clean room, early checkin, close to all restaurants. However one of the pools are not working so we have to walk from one building to another through a pedway.

We have stayed here many times, with no disappointment
