시내쇼핑을 위해 다운타운과 가까워서 선택했어요.주차장 자리는 저녁이면 자리가 없고, 직원들은 프런트에 항상 없고 룸에서 전화하면 안받고,화장실문 고장나있고, 화장실 배수안되어 수리신청했어요. 하루 자고나서 청소요청하니 하루전에 요청안했다고 안해주길래 따지니 청소해주네요. 노답입니다. 2박하고 연박신청안하고 다른 호텔로 옮겼습니다.

We have stayed here many times, with no disappointment

Our room was downgraded even though we pre paid for a pool side room and the water slide at the other pool was not working. This was our children’s Christmas gift and we were sadly disappointed.

The pool was “under construction”, put room was moved to the non balcony side to avoid construction noise so we left. The people were nice and the manger was kind. So were the front desk staff.

Upon check in we learned that the one pool and the water slide in the other pool (the number one reason we booked this hotel) were not working! While we were obviously very disappointed we were very happy with how the staff treated us after delivering such poor news.

We chose this location specifically for the atrium pool and it was out of order. There was no mention of this on the hotel website

Comfortable beds, great breakfast, clean rooms

We thought we were booked for the Delta at the Calgary airport. Arrived at this hotel- realized error - after travelling for 6 hours- Expedia nor the Delta south hotel would help us out. We were charged for both hotels for two rooms. We phoned both Expedia and the Delta south hotel and were told too bad.

Showed up 90 minutes after check-in and was greeted by someone at the front desk who basically whispered the entire time. I could barely hear anything she was saying. On top of that, our room wasn't ready, so we sat in the lobby for a half hour until they gave us a different room which was essentially on the main floor next to the elevators so you could hear everyone coming and going. We also went to the lobby bar for a drink and the service was slow and inattentive. The waiter forgot us for a while after we asked for a final round and our bill so we sat there awkwardly until we could flag him down. Maybe we were unlucky with the entirety of our experience and this is a great hotel, but I know I'll be booking elsewhere in the future.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming, very clean and comfortable room, water pressure is great, and it is a quiet and restful building.

Had a great time at this hotel! 2 pools and 2 hot tubs are really unique. The breakfast was phenomenal and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and in good condition. My only complaint was that it was super hot to sleep and the thermostat didn't seem to understand 18.5 degrees is cool, and with no opening windows it was a bit of a problem.
