This hotel is 5-7 minute distance from skytrain station. The breakfast staff is very kind, while the lobby staff is so-so. The breakfast is unchangeable for a week but is good quality. Totally, it is recommendable.

무난했음. 주변이 공사중이어서 분위기가 어수선했으나, 아침식사는 좋았고, 특히, 메트로타운 몰과 가까운 점은 쇼핑하거나 스카이트램 이용하기 편리하였음 . 가격 대비 서비스는 좀더 개선이 필요한것으로 생각.

시설이나 주변환경 대비 비싸요.시설은 전반적으로 오래된 편이고 주변환경도 좀 외진 곳이에요.조식은 제공해서 편리하고 내용 은 다른 호텔에 비해 아주 좋아요.

역에서는 걸어서 12분 걸리지만 깔끔하고 조식도 좋고 잘 지내다가 갑니다

Clean room. Updated linen and bedroom

This is a nice hotel with its own parking. Parking is at a premium in Vancouver. The hotel is near lots of restaurants and shops but lots of places only have on street parking or small lots. But the staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful. They serve a breakfast buffet that was very good-make your own pancakes and waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, fruit, pastries, coffee and juice. They also have a nice pool.

Nice clean room and a good amount of options for breakfast. Great place to stay, very close to public transit and the malls.

Ideal to stay a few days in the City, well connected with local trasport, bus stop just outside.

Beds were comfortable and clean but the floor was really dirty and room was dusty

Excelente hotel. La habitación grande, con refri, micro, cafetera, caja fuerte, plancha, shampoo, jabón, crema, almohadas confortables, aire acondicionado. El desayuno delicioso, variado, buen servicio. Café nespresso 24/7. Lavandeeia con 3 lavadoras y 3 secadoras. Gimnasio. 10 de 10.

Hot breakfast included has multiple options and the staff are awesome in there as well as at the front desk. Room was clean and some nice renos recently. We always stay here when we're in town for a concert...the location is great to walk to the sky train and have free parking and an affordable hotel.

The pictures of the hotel are good but in reality it is a very low quality motel. Sounds good on paper and checks all the boxes but is not a very nice hotel.

The staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was excellent and close to the points of interest.

Room was 27 degrees when I walked in. No coffee cups in the room even though it had a kitchen. Shower was dirty with long black hairs on the wall. Was still there after being cleaned the next day.

Generally ok but giving it 1 star because the cleaning staff left our door wide open in the middle of the day. We were out shopping for the day only to come back to an open room and no cleaning staff in sight. Suggest if you are unwise enough to stay here you should keep valuables in car.

Could use some upkeep, painting, etc. surface of bathtub very slippery, no safety bars, towels quite thin, breakfast was OK. Overall I would not consider staying at a BW.
