I spent the first day of my trip at this hotel and the staffs were really nice. The scenery of Rhine valley was beautiful and most of all, the breakfast of this hotel was the most delicious one I have ever had. Thumbs up!

배에서 내리자마자 바로 보이는 예쁜 호텔! 스텝도 친절하고~ 방도 깨끗, 디자인도 깨끗. river view 야경, 별빛 너무너무 예뻤음. 조식도 너무 맛있었음. spa도 있다는데 미리 말하면 된다함. 아쉽게도 사용 못함ㅠㅠ.

Charming hotel on the Rhein river. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice rooms.

The apartment suits in the secondary building offers a great view of the ferry terminal and river in front. We enjoyed the nice breakfast too. The staff was polite and friendly.

Die Einrichtung ist Geschmackssache, der Innenarchitekt leidet halt an Geschmacksverwirrung aber das hatten wir ja auf den Bildern schon gesehen. Was für eine „Deluxe-Suite“ leider gar nicht geht ist die offensichtlich fehlende Zimmerkontrolle. Es geht nicht an, dass benutztes Duschgel oder Handwaschseife vom Gast vorher dort steht, auch das die Toilettenpapierrolle schon dreiviertel leer ist, eigentlich muss da eine neu Rolle hängen schon wegen der Hygiene. Die Kosmetiktücher bestanden aus genau zwei Stück, dann war auch diese Packung leer. Das ist kein Service. In der Zimmerküche waren Kaffeepads in einer Dose von einer undefinierten Marke, der Tee bestand aus 3 losen Teebeuteln („English Breakfast“, keine anderen Sorten) die noch nicht mal verpackt waren, ohne Worte. Der Zucker war in kleinen abgepackten Tüten was an sich gut ist, wenn sie nicht schon teilweise aufgerissen wären. Es gab keine Servietten, keine Teller, kein Besteck, außer die Kaffeelöffel und natürlich Kaffee und Teetassen sowie Gläser für verschiedene Getränke. Sehr armselig. Die Verdunklung im Schlafzimmer ist auch eine lustige Sache, die Fenster konnte man verdunkeln aber da es keine Zimmertür gab war es trotzdem hell. Es gab auch zwei Bademäntel in Kindergröße oder so ähnlich. Ein Bademantel sollte groß, weich und angenehm zum tragen sein, diese waren alles andere. We stayed in a separate place a short walk from the hotel. A beautiful, large living room with a gorgeous view of the water. Loved how quiet it was there and the walkability of the town to go eat dinner. Would need a car to drive to other towns instead of taking a train but I can't really give opinion on train accessibility since we had a car.

Fantastich

Nice hotel and beautiful location. We stayed in the separate building which seemed brand new and was great for our family. The only bummer was we had no WiFi so we had to go to the main hotel and sit in the lobby. They said they were trying to get it fixed but we stayed two nights and never had WiFi. Other than that, we had delicious dinners both nights at their restaurant and loved the location to get on the river boat . We’d definitely stay again.

Good location and helpful staff

Such a lovely hotel with a yester-year vibe. Seems kinda stuck in the past a bit but has good bones, lovely outside terrace, friendly staff, clean, could witb a redesign in room & bath it could be more refined & generate a new generation of patrons. I liked the location very much and would recommend simply for that. Support this lovely establishment.

Hotel was well placed and very good views from the balcony rooms . Wifi was very poor cutting out all the time and not working at all on our last day .

Direkt am Rhein sehr ruhiger Ort etwas für Paare die gerne alleine sein wollen oder ältere Menschen ich finde das es für Kinder interessant ist. Falls Mann mehr Gepäck hat ist es etwas umständlich da die Hotel Garage ca 200m entfernt vom Hotel ist

Very nice property and staff at reception and housekeeping is very friendly. Staff provided a wheelchair (post surgery) and the property was easy enough to navigate. The only downside, I am sorry to say, is the breakfast. On a Saturday morning it was chaotic with everything from bread to cold cuts and plain cheeses being gone. You had to ask for coffee mugs. Got one. Had to ask for a second. Had to ask for coffee again. Had to ask for knives (which were not available anywhere). After 20 min bread and cold cuts were refilled - slowly and droves of people emptied everything right away. We skipped dinner in the restaurant after that experience. With limited mobility we went back for the Sunday breakfast. That was better but it was still difficult to get coffee and I could not get someone to bring more coffee later. I had the impression that the staff was overwhelmed and stressed. Perhaps staff shortages or a lot of new hires. With a Michelin restaurant on site I would have expected better breakfast management and staff training. I personally would not return but under different circumstances other guests may have an excellent experience. Make sure to reserve a spot in the spacious hotel garage around the corner. Without that parking can be a challenge.

Wonderful staff. Classic hotel overlooking the Rhein. Hotel is kept up to date and clean. Very nice Spa. Good restaurants in-house; better than in town.
