전체 평가 및 리뷰 Schlosshotel Römischer Kaiser

궁전 컨셉 인테리어로 꾸며진 호텔입니다. 객실은 안락했고, 조식과 서비스 역시 최상이었으며 청결상태도 훌륭합니다. 국립 오페라홀과 성 슈테판 대성당 근처에 자리잡고 있기 때문에 걸어서 관광지를 돌아다니는 데에도 적합합니다. 다만 엘리베이터가 조금 좁다는 점은 알아두시고, 객실이 많이 건조하니 마실 물을 별도로 준비하면 좋습니다.

오래되었지만 매우 관리가 잘되어 있고 아담해서 고풍스러운 유럽의 분위기를 느끼기에 부족함이 없었습니다. 예약부터 체크인, 체크아웃에 불편이 없고 중심가에 위치함에도 조용하여 좋았습니다. 아침식사도 불필요한 것들은 다 배제하고 먹을 만한 신선하고 좋은 음식들로 구성되어 실속이 있어 만족스러웠습니다. 다음 번에도 또 이용하고 싶은 곳입니다. 비엔나의 분위기를 느껴보고 싶은 분들께 추천하고 싶습니다.

싱글침대2개로 요청했는데 더블베드로 준비해놓음. 방바꿔달라고 하니까 안된다고 하더니 다음날 바꿔주겠다고 함. 담날바꿔준방은 또 더블베드ㅋㅋㅋㅋ방사이즈도 더 작아짐

조식이 작은 규모지만 질이 좋고 엄선되어 좋았다. 특히 생과일 쥬스나 빵, 햄, 연어가 아주 신선해서 다른 큰 규모의 호텔보다 오히려 좋았다. 화장실도 예쁘고 룸도 넓고 쾌적했으며 실내화와 가운도 제공되었다. 그러나 최소한의 애머니티가 제공되었고 약간 오래된 느낌이었다. 다시 선택하라면 15만원정도의 다른 비엔나호텔보다 10만원 정도를 더 주고 가지는 않을 것 같다.

Great location and close to the Vienna Opera house! Staff was super friendly and was walkable to attractions in the city.

Beautifully located next to a main shopping area, transportation and the Staasoper. Beautiful hotel with real old world charm. The staff were magnificent, very friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for better accommodations.

A lovely small hotel on a pedestrianised street: fabulous rooms; very nice breakfast (with fizz if you want!); very friendly staff. Convenient for the State Opera and the pedestrianised town centre. Our 4th stay here - it is our go to hotel for our trips to Vienna. Highly recommended

Loved absolutely everything about this hotel! Warm, cozy, and welcoming (delicious coffee available 24/7 in the lobby), this hotel made us feel like we were staying with old friends with very good taste who'd lived there since the 19th C.. Charming rooms that were amazingly quiet, with windows opening onto a quaint street that's literally right around the corner from all that the Alte Stadt has to offer. Just perfect!

Alles Wunderbar, aber die Receptionistin hat uns völlig falsche Auskunft zu den öffentl.Verkehrsmittel gegeben, dadurch haben wir den Anfang einer Premiere in der Volksoper vermisst. (Ärgerlich)

国立歌劇場まで徒歩2分、楽友協会まで徒歩7分、シュテファン寺院まで徒歩3分、地下鉄駅からも近く、とても立地の良いホテル。

Excelent location, quite, clean, nice room

The only thing I really like about this property is the location walking distance every where the beds are very old and making a lot of noise when you turned even the floor too noisy some of the staff were nice some very rude

Really Austrian, really clean and comfortable. Best location for Vienna town centre. No traffic noise. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

It was within the remit of the period for Vienna. Would stay again and recommend it to others.

Very disappointing first impression upon arrival. Having booked a Queen room we were initially provided with a twin room - even though the room was booked 3mths in advance. We were informed that Queen rooms were unavailable - why sell the choice then ? Another room was offered to us, which we accepted as being the least bad option, but it was only two single beds together, with a sheet covering both beds, and two single duvets - still not a bed for 2 people to sleep in together... Room was too hot, and thermostat on wall was so old that the number identification on the dial had worn away. We had to open windows (0 degrees Celsius outside) to regulate the room temperature. Very good location for the opera house/cathedral and shopping area.

Nice looking hotel, good breakfast and service. Thought the rooms would be bigger for the price though
