궁전 컨셉 인테리어로 꾸며진 호텔입니다. 객실은 안락했고, 조식과 서비스 역시 최상이었으며 청결상태도 훌륭합니다. 국립 오페라홀과 성 슈테판 대성당 근처에 자리잡고 있기 때문에 걸어서 관광지를 돌아다니는 데에도 적합합니다. 다만 엘리베이터가 조금 좁다는 점은 알아두시고, 객실이 많이 건조하니 마실 물을 별도로 준비하면 좋습니다.

오래되었지만 매우 관리가 잘되어 있고 아담해서 고풍스러운 유럽의 분위기를 느끼기에 부족함이 없었습니다. 예약부터 체크인, 체크아웃에 불편이 없고 중심가에 위치함에도 조용하여 좋았습니다. 아침식사도 불필요한 것들은 다 배제하고 먹을 만한 신선하고 좋은 음식들로 구성되어 실속이 있어 만족스러웠습니다. 다음 번에도 또 이용하고 싶은 곳입니다. 비엔나의 분위기를 느껴보고 싶은 분들께 추천하고 싶습니다.

싱글침대2개로 요청했는데 더블베드로 준비해놓음. 방바꿔달라고 하니까 안된다고 하더니 다음날 바꿔주겠다고 함. 담날바꿔준방은 또 더블베드ㅋㅋㅋㅋ방사이즈도 더 작아짐

조식이 작은 규모지만 질이 좋고 엄선되어 좋았다. 특히 생과일 쥬스나 빵, 햄, 연어가 아주 신선해서 다른 큰 규모의 호텔보다 오히려 좋았다. 화장실도 예쁘고 룸도 넓고 쾌적했으며 실내화와 가운도 제공되었다. 그러나 최소한의 애머니티가 제공되었고 약간 오래된 느낌이었다. 다시 선택하라면 15만원정도의 다른 비엔나호텔보다 10만원 정도를 더 주고 가지는 않을 것 같다.

This trip was a 60th birthday surprise from my husband. The front desk Xiu (sorry if I misspelled your name) made it extra special for us. Thank you. The boutique hotel is perfect. It has the amenities of a 5 star hotel. Quite, clean, all the extra amenities provided i.e. bathrobe, slippers, all amenities including a sewing kit. Front desk is so friendly. Hotel so clean. Thank you housekeeping. We have traveled worldwide and I will recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Vienna. Location is perfect. Right in the city centre & yet very quite.

Extremely professional service , friendly staff, outstanding advice, pleasant stay

This hotel provided us with a wonderful lodging place for a first visit to Vienna over a relaxing six day stay. Its location could not be better... near to all major attractions by walk or by public transit. Especially convenient if you are attending a concert at the Musikverein (Vienna Philharmonic) or performance at the Vienna Opera. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Many nearby restaurant options. The room was well kept and decorated beautifully in wood paneling, with a historical feel.

Wonderful Hotel ideally situated within the Ringstrasse with great shopping and restaurants close by. Also within easy walking distance to most of the major attractions in Vienna i.e. Sisi Museum, Spanish Riding School, Opera, St. Stephen’s Cathedral and the National Museum. Very accommodating staff, great breakfast and large and very comfortable rooms. Would definitely look forward to staying there the next visit to Vienna.

We’ve stayed here on three separate occasions and loved it every time.
