서설은 깨끗한데 유지관리가 좀 부실. 직원들이 불친절함. 욕실에 창문이 없고 환풍시설이 없어 약간 불쾌.

신혼여행 계획으로 예약한 첫 숙소 위치도 좋고 시설도 오래된 호텔치곤 굉장히 잘 관리되고 있었다 방은 예상을 깨고 매우 넓고 좋았음 욕조 배수가 좀 느린거 빼곤 딱히 흠잡을만한 곳이 없었음

Best service ever I had in Europe. I received a lot of help and they were very kind during my stay at the accommodation. Room condition was also good. I think it was recently renovated. Quite and cozy room even it is located at Gran Via street. Highly recommend!

청소는 청결했고, 각종 용품도 잘 갖춰져 있었음. 카운터의 응대나 staff들은 친절했음. 다만 물을 끓이는 전기 주전자가 없어서, room에서 간단히 커피나 차를 타서 마실 수 없었음.

This is an architecturally beautiful, clean, and well maintained hotel in the heart of Madrid. The location is the real value of this hotel. The rooms are comfortably sized for 2 people in center of the city. There are plenty of food, shopping, and transportation access within steps of the front door. Don’t expect luxury, door men, or daily fresh cut flowers in the lobby, but this is a great hotel with all amenities that one would need for a trip to Madrid. We would stay here again on our next visit to Madrid.

The location was superb. We could walk and did walk everywhere: Sol, Debod, Retiro, Prado, Malasaña, Chueca, Latina, you name it. The room was spacious and felt like a 5 star hotel. Room was cleaned daily.

Tiene unas vistas de la ciudad desde su asotea, increibles. El personal muy diligente. La habitación tranquila. Me permitieron hacer early check in, lo que fue ideal porque viajamos toda la noche. Sin lugar a dudas me quedaría nuevamente. El único contra era la decoración del baño, pero eso era un detalle minúsculo en comparación a lo increible de la estadía.

Really enjoyed the experience of being in the moddle if the city. Hotel was great and staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel location is absolutely perfect! The hotel is located in the center of Madrid, giving you access to so many sights and a variety of areas to shop within walking distance. The hotel staff were very frindly and helpful. They even gave an exceptional food recommendation for a place called Vinutus on Grand Via #4. The food was so exceptional, that we ate there 4 times over the course of 6 days. The hotel was very clean and comfortable! I would definitely stay there again without any question...

We stayed 3 days at the end of a 3 week visit to Spain. What a treat! We'd been here before, about 10 years ago and remember it was a well situated, comfortable place to stay while in Madrid. However, we were surprised to see updates throughout the hotel, including the rooms, the decor and the wonderful breakfasts! Staff was excellent, as usual, and the upgrades convinced us to stay ONLY HERE anytime we are in Madrid. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was extra strong and we appreciated the daily maid service, almost unheard of in the US anymore. The photos online do a good job of portraying the wonderful spaces in this hotel. We spend some good time up in the 9th floor "bar" area, both inside and outside. I really hate to promote this so much as I want to be able to return in the future, but I can't keep it a secret. Go, enjoy, love everything about Hotel Atlantico Madrid!!
