Breakfast was fresh

I was happy overall with our stay. Breakfast was good. Love that you can have tea in the afternoon. The only downside was the outside door to our room. I thought it was a great advantage except I could not access from outside. And The parking spot outside that door should be marked for the room as well. Overall the stay was great.

Two night stay with family. We had a wonderful time. Staff are all so very nice and helpful. We had two separate rooms (one night a queen bed, second night 2 queen beds 6th floor and 1st floor) - both room nice size. The air conditioner is very loud in both rooms and both rooms are clean, but look dirty in spots (stains on walls and dirt build up in corners. We spent most time in the pool - the whole area did need a good scrub. Pool was nice but felt a bit slimy in spots, but didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves. Along the walls of the pool had a lot of scum buildup (people have been writing their names in it lol) The hot tub area was decent, but could use a good deep clean as well. There is a tv in the pool area, which is wonderful and we enjoyed that while in the pool. The pool never got over busy, so that was a bonus, as we usually had it all to ourselves. Breakfast was wonderful and area was kept fresh and clean at all times. Parking was always plentiful. The snacks and drinks for sale are all reasonable price, not like other hotels where they charge ridiculous amounts for a bag of chips. Free coffee, tea, water and hot chocolate 24/7, which is great. If we are in the area again, we will definitely be staying here. One thing I was a bit sad about, but is minor, that we couldn't watch our Netflix on the tv. The tv remote channel guide doesn't work and it takes forever to flip through each channel. Also, phone charging plugs would be nice.

My experience was great! Constructive feedback: The amenities are a bit outdated I.e no smart tv. Operators don’t pickup the phone when you call them. Toiletries are limited.

the continental breakfast was plentiful, they even had gluten-free bread available in a separate container. They had coffee and tea available 24 hr, and each room had their own heat control

there was no heat in the room. the bathroom fan was noisy as can be. Limited plugs for charging things.

Great pool and hot tub! Good included breakfast daily with hot food, 4 juice choices, many coffee/hot chocolate, French vanilla etc. choices from automatic fresh brew Van Hoot coffee machine! Beds a bit old, and the room itself comfortable however getting dated, needs new mattress and renovation. Staff were excellent!

Hotel rooms are a little more aged with visible wear and tear. However, overall it was a pleasant stay with nice hot breakfast included. Coffee, tea and water readily available at the lobby.

The hotel is old but clean. Bed was uncomfortable and this stay was the first time that I’ve stayed at a hotel where the pillows were terrible. Didn’t sleep well.
