This hotel gave me the worst experience in Paris. After the checkout, I left my luggage at hotel for sightseeing and came back to pick up the luggage. They told me I took the bathlobe from the room, so they need to charge me. The housekeeper forgot to replace the used bathlobe during the stay (just took the used one), and the didn't remember that she did! Please note that this hotel may charge you if there is any missing item caused by their terrible housekeeping. And they tried to hold my luggage when I need to go to the airport. Also, regarding this event, there was no apologies at all. Also room was little dusty and found a hair on the bed when I checked in.

밤에 분홍색 조명으로 호텔입면에 비추어지는데 러브호텔 같고 고급스러워 보이지 않았습니다. 방도 향수 냄새가 너무 심하고 화장실 레이아웃도 편리하지 않았습니다. 거울이 사방에있고 샤워실은 구획은 되어있지만 들어가는 곳 반대편이 거울이라 방 같이쓰는 사람과 프라이버시 문제가 해결되지않습니다. 샤워실 문 밖으로 샤워하는 물이 흘러넘칩니다. 좋은 점은 무엇보다 훌륭한 서비스와 양질의 조식이었습니다. 여행 중 가장 훌륭한 조식이었습니다. 방에 매우 충분한 양의 수건이 제공됩니다. 옥상에 테라스 바가 있어 날씨좋은날이나 저녁에 앉아있기 좋습니다. 에펠과 가까워서 에펠탑과 가까운 관광지에 가기좋습니다. 식당은 에펠탑과 가까운 초 관광지라 그런지 가격대비 훌륭한 식당들이 별로없고 평범하고 이도저도 아닌 식당들이 많은 편입니다.

위치가 좋았고, 마지막날 체크아웃 후 가방도 잘 맡아주었습니나. 하지만 방안의 공기와 냄새가 너무 좋지 않아 편하게 쉴 수 없었습니다. 생수도 충분히 공급되지 않습니다. 숙소 근처가 공사 작업중으로 시끄러웠습니다.

가방을 뒤지는 만행을 저지르고도 뻔뻔함. 수건도 더달라고하니 가지고 가라고함. Bedding 도 정리해달라고 요청했지만 무시함. 더럽고 뻔뻔하고 지들일은 안하면서 받을건 다 받아냄. 사과한마디 없음. 세상 최악의 호텔

전체적으로 호텔은 깨끗하고 고급스러운 느낌이였습니다 별 수에 비해 좀 작은듯했으나 어차피 파리시내호탤들은 규모가 크진않다고듣고 간거라 나쁘지않았습니다 다만, 연인이아닌 동료와 간 여행이라 투명한 샤워부스와 잠금장치가없는 화장실은 조금 민망했습니다만, 외출후 돌아오면 항상 청결한 턴다운서비스때문에 기분좋게 지내다왔습니다

인터넷속도최악이네요 여행 십일정도째인데 지금까지 머문 호텔중 정말 제일 느리네요. 인터넷 하다 화가나서 컴플레인하면 저녁에 계시는분은 자기는 모르겠다그러구 낮에는 알아보겟다구 그랬는데 삼일째 그대로네요.. 조식은 다른분 글 보고 안먹었구요. 그래도 방은 작지만 위치와 청결은 괜찮아요..

Convenient to get to Eiffel Tower and easy access to Big Bus station and museum s

Nice botique feel to the property. Helpful staff treats you nicely. Room was great, a little on the small side but to be expected. Good location to walk to Eiffel, Arc, and many others.

The staff very helpful. We forgot to ask for the room to be cleaned so when we came back we asked if they could clean the room like take out the garbage and provide clean towels, within five minutes someone came and did that. The location was very convenient close to major attractions and fine dinning. I would stay here again if i visit Paris.

L’albergo è situato in una posizione molto comoda, proprio in centro, perfetta per muoversi a piedi e visitare la città. La camera era pulita e il soggiorno nel complesso è stato piacevole. Tuttavia, abbiamo avuto alcuni problemi: non siamo riusciti a ottenere la fattura dell’importo né dall’albergo né da Expedia, nonostante le varie richieste. Inoltre, per la colazione c’è stata un po’ di confusione: non l’avevamo prenotata su Expedia e alla reception ci avevano detto che costava 16 € al giorno per gli adulti e che i bambini non pagavano. Al momento del check-out, però, ci sono stati addebitati anche 7 € al giorno per ciascun bambino. Peccato per questi disguidi, altrimenti l’esperienza sarebbe stata davvero ottima.

Great place to stay

Stayed in a premium room for 4 nights. The room was small, but very clean and had enough room for the 2 of us. Make sure to message the hotel to tell them you want separate beds because they won’t help you after 5pm. Daily housekeeping is nice, though, and they have a mini fridge stocked with complimentary water and soft drinks. The location is great (short walk to the Eiffel Tower and other landmarks, close to many nice restaurants, and close to multiple transit options)

Clean room, nice free afternoon snacks. Very near Metro and city attractions. Hotel was good, but not over the top excellent. Good hotel for the money.

The room was smallish but very clean and modern, with a fridge, safe, powerful shower and nespresso machine. Breakfast however was a disappointment, with insufficient variety of food, and poor service from the attendant.

The hotel was more expensive than what I usually pay for. But I guess, I paid mostly for the neighborhood. The hotel room was small. The carpet was pretty worn down. The water leaked outside the shower door on to the carpet. I could not get the air conditioning to work. Even though the room was clean and maintained well, it did not feel like an expensive place. To be fair, we were hardly in the room and we did not complain about these things to the staff to get them fixed either.

We had a supreme room, no category above that. Room decor is extremely old and tacky. Dirty carpet in room and hallways, elevator. Dirty walls, it’s just not kept up. Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom new and clean. There was an air freshener smell to cover up the old smell. Toilet is not part of shower and sink but extremely small kid you have long legs. Low curling, small dark room, stuffy. Close to Rue Cler which is a plus and quiet area. Very safe. Will not stay again unless it’s completely renovated.

A great location for many of the Paris tourist attractions.
