Great old inn. Not having AC was not fatal but could have been in late June.

The Columba is conveniently located near shopping, dining, and the main transportation hub of Inverness Station. The exterior and views from the rooms are incredible—river views are worth spending a bit more. The property is well maintained and charming as can be. Our staff member who checked us in was friendly enough, if a bit curt. The rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful the whole stay. They were happy to hold our bags after we checked out until and evening train, but beware that there is no secure bag room and amenities are a bit bare bones in this beautiful victorian hotel. That said, it’s worth noting the bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable and our 2nd floor river view room was large and charming.

The Columba Hotel was an amazing place to stay in Inverness. The location along the river is beautiful, and within walking distance of anything you'd need. The staff were especially friendly, and the breakfast options were amazing. Our room was very clean and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!

It was a very clean and safe property that is close to all the Inverness city center there sites.

In general the stay was excellent. I loved my room, it was very spacious and pretty. The only complaint was that the tea and coffee making area was not always cleaned every day.

Comfortable beds, full hot breakfast was delicious. Nice views of the river and castle. It offers close by dining options. Hotel a little old but well kept

We did not receive the room i paid for. I paid for an executive room and only received a standard room. It did not match the descriptions on the website. They allowed us to change rooms but neither room was what was in the descriptions of an executive room. Front desk staff and manager insisted that the room we received was an executive room. In addition every room we looked at was either dirty with mold in the shower or something was broken i.e. shower doors, or shower heads. It took 20 minutes to fill the bathtub with water, not enough water flow.

Couldn’t get TV to work.

I booked this hotel cos it is near the Inverness cathedral where was the meeting point of my tour. It’s my first time to stay in a heritage hotel. Clean and spacious room, good breakfast. The only drawback is no USB charge port in room.

Beautiful 200 year old hotel with lots of character. We were upgraded to a suite which was amazing. Enjoyed sitting in our bay window overlooking the river and people walking the streets. Excellent location. Just across the bridge to the town centre. Street parking nearby which was free after 5:00 until 10:15 the next day. Good breakfast. Staff at reception and breakfast were very personableu. Cleaning staff were great too.

Property good value. It’s rather old and cut up on the inside.

Property is rather old but in a great location. I found it clean and staff is helpful when I needed anything. Its priced at a good value.

Great location for theatre, restaurants and shops.

Slitt og gammelt, men sjarmerende hotell. Betjeningen var topp, men renholdet var ikke bra. Men oppholdet vårt var ble bra, og beliggenheten var veldig bra.

Dåligt städat rum. Strumpa på golvet och skräp på mattan. Hår i badkaret. Tvålpumpen sönder. Fick ingen ny fast vi påpekade det. Oangagerad receptionist. Fick rum ovanför där lastbilar kom tidigt på morgonen och tömde skräp och lastade in varor mm.

Terrible terrible hotel to stay. Staff is rude not ready to help. There were cockroach inside bathroom and bugs in bedroom. After getting back from all day tour my room was undone and when asking to do the room Staff was so rude and unattended, after calling 7-8 times no one picked up call, I had to personally walk to reception to speak to the staff.
